  I've tried everything you have said to do and I can not get it to download. I paid to have it mailed to me even though it was slower, so I wouldn't have to down load it since my printer is finicky sometimes with downloads.please us mail it to me. I hope you have my address. if not text or email me and I'll send it to you. right now I'm not happy.

  This is a bad company. They sent the incorrect DD214 and refused to send the correct one. I would HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST using this site. They took my $100 and sent me the wrong form and refused to send me the correct form.

  DD214 direct is a scam! I filed to get my military paper work about 7 months ago and havent received anything. When trying to contact them about how long it is taking I got no response! When I emailed them saying I wanted my money back it was more silence. I ended up contacted a senator in my state and received all my paper work for free and within a months time. DO NOT USE this site and just contact a state representative.
