  They took my money and I still haven't gotten my DD214. They sent me a bunch of enlisting paperwork that hasn't anything to do with a DD214.I tried to call and sent them an email with no response. I paid $80 Dollars for nothing. I hope this helps anyone that might think of using this so called service.

  I ordered my DD214 at the end of November. It's now mid January, they state they will keep you informed of the status of your order... They will not. I've called and they do not know why it's taking so long. Best guess was covid backlog. Save yourself the 100 dollars and file the papers yourself.

  It was delivered via email much sooner than I thought it would be. It was less than 24 hours which was so amazing I wanted to cry! It's so rare you get quick service like this, but the quality of the pdf file was disappointing. It was dark, difficult to read and crooked from being scanned. I'm sure it's not their fault that the *** is this way. I'm sure at the records center this is where the poor copy was placed on file and where the poor quality comes from. I'm very grateful they took the time to e-mail it to me so that the copy I'm dealing with is of the highest quality possible. I've been rejected before because of the poor copy I had to photo copy and fax prior to this so I feel they have set me up for the best success I can hope for.
