I was more than hesitant because of my experience with other government document retrievals, but I was amazed at how easy getting my DD214 was. Frankly, I wasn't expecting it to come for 3-4 weeks at the earliest but in less than a week it was here! Whatever improvements you've been making are noticed by your veterans. Ripping off veterans is about as low as you can get. - Rip ************** *************** I got my DD214 from Nation Archives in a week - There is an on line form to fill out. -************************* Whoever suggested you use this company - making a big deal about the DD214 form - has to be getting a kick back. I was a little hesitant at first....But by the third day I recieved the email with all my docs and DD214.and in all honesty I did have to or didnt have the time to request Docs ... So money is time thanksDD214 Direct

They provided me with a copy that was UNREADABLE! (black background, white print, very blurry) I asked for a refund, and they said because it was more than 24 hrs (I was out of town for 3 days, without access to my email) they would not give a refund. To make matters even more frustrating, they took several weeks to fulfill my request. And thirdly, in a follow up email they said there were no other copies that we available, LIE. I have to give a 0 rating .. it took 2 months for me to get mine from dd214direct. To be honest i thought it was a fraud as i had already gotten it direct from another source within 1 week and this took 2 months.. I requested it and paid on 2/20/24 and got notified it was ready on 4/16/24 This is NOT acceptable I am glad others seem to have had no issues but then again . based on my experience i would not recommend this to anyone.
