    Moving Help that is appears to be associated with U-Haul is an absolutely awful company. They stand behind nothing!!!! They hire known felons to come into your home and move your items. Then when your items are stolen by these known felons (thank goodness they were not rapists). Movinghelp simply says, "Please accept our deepest apology for any difficulty or inconvenience you may have encountered with your service provider. Moving Help is a neutral venue and each Moving Help service provider is an independent laborer who is responsible for their own customer satisfaction and level of service." This is no help when you have had $15,000 worth of items stolen by the movers they have on their website!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED that these people are in any way associated with U-Haul, because they both hide behind each other, and U-Haul will tell you it is Movinghelp's fault and Movinghelp says it is U-Haul's fault and neither one will reimburse you or stand behind their product or people.

    We are truly sorry for what has happened in your move.  We do check on the owners background, however, we dont/cant check every worker they employee. As were a neutral marketplace and do not manage the companies in who they hire and how they operate.

    I had a full service move with uhaul today and tomorrow. The pods were dropped off but the movers never showed up because they scheduled it for a week from now instead of today which is what I reserved. They wont answer the phone. I opted for a call back and they called me back just to let me sit on hold again with horrible music.

    The order was book by U-Haul and scheduled for 7/2/2024 for loading help.  An email was sent with the confirmation of the dates of the scheduled move back on 6/8/2024 to the email on file. If you need to change your moving help order, please email **********************************.

    'Wish I could leave 0 stars.I went through MOVINGHELP.COM and spoke with the owner (*****) of PRODIGY ELITE and booked 2 guys to help me unpack a uhaul into my storage unit. Not only did they never show up, but they also did not respond to any of my polite but firm voicemails or emails, AND they charged my card with the full amount for no work done.Now I'm out $ and I have to unload the entire truck myself with a torn bicep tendon and a concussion (injuries I sustained in the recent moving activities and reasons I hired the guys to help me) because, despite their advertising indicating you can get "same day" help, you can't. Their chat responder says they never promise same day, but I sent them a picture of their ad posted IN THE ***** TRUCK that says "Same day Movinghelp.com service."This has been such a disappointing and frustrating (and physically painful) experience. I'm just hoping they'll do the right thing and refund the charges. Then, we can leave each other alone for good.

    Absolutely avoid this service if at all possible.Since they are booking you up with independent contractors they offer zero help.They dont mind taking your money and paying the contractor.They have since terminated the contractor they hooked me up with and say I need to take the individual to court.

    They robbed me $185 just to bring a bedroom set down on an elevator and took two hours!!! It was a job to go from the ***** to ******. The guys who cam had moped bikes and house slippers to work. Took one item at a time and didnt come to the *****, we had to hire another crew to unload the Uhual we rented. U-Hualnis also involved in this fraud

    mover cancelled day before move. Requested a refund and received an email saying they issued me a certificate for another mover. Too late, i had to move with no assistance. I have now been on hold in live chat and on the phone for over an hour with no response.

    Seems there are a lot of one star reviews and I am not surprised. I wasnt sure if I needed one or two boxes so I was advised to book (and pay for) two. I was told if I didnt need the second, I could cancel and they would refund the second. As soon as I realized I didnt need the second, I called and canceled it. I was told to release the money to the mover and it would be refunded. Two months on, it hasnt been. Moving help and the mover point the finger at each other and refuse to refund my money. I even went to **** to dispute the charge for the unused box and they to.d **** I had used it. moving help say the mover should refund the money, the mover says he doesnt have all of it as moving help kept a portion of it. I will never use them again.

    Deaf mute boss showed up with "friend" cuz his man called off. Hour late 45 minutes in friend falls hits brand new headboard it breaks post hits stool I'm on & down I go. They left came back with other friend 2 hours later. Friend cusses & talks rude & throws my stuff. Only move 1/4 stuff. 3 more days in week boss comes ALONE. And $740 for 1/2 26' truck plus $200 ************ at storage (5 miles away) cuz I couldn't walk anymore Loaded so bad load shifted & load on 2 brand new TV's after I told him to turn them against wall He's deaf so talking limited had to text I'm 2nd man I paid for. Broke toe & hurt back. Had back surgery 9/20 another 1 on 4/15. Wrote several times & from May 11 still NOTHING I'm moving May 1st & I'll definitely NOT use their uninsured, untrained "professional movers". I still don't have a headboard. Or an answer about it.
