    Hired ****** Movement to move my items on November 30, 2022. One of the biggest mistakes I made this year. Do Not Use this Company. This company is a fraud. They use ****** as a reference to draw customers into their hands. Their services include: unprofessional movers and a very dishonest owner. I used Movinghelp.com to locate them. This is the second time I was burned from using Movinghelp.com. They are independent but are advertise these incompetent, unsafe companies. The owners of these companies will protect their crew members and leave paying customers suffering.Consumer Beware

    *******, I am terribly sorry to hear of this matter. Movinghelp.com is an online marketplace for separate companies to assist with your Moving Help needs. As you book a provider you have an opportunity to read reviews and choose which company you feel would be best for your needs. I do apologize you had issues with that separate company. Please keep in mind, you do have an opportunity to start a Resolution Case with your direct provider. You can do so by logging into your movinghelp.com account and submitting a case to work out a resolution with them. Once again, I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    If I could give a negative number less than zero, I would. Beware dont use Moving Help.com to schedule moving. The lady put my request in for 2 days( only needed one day of help) booked 2 guys for 2 hours. SNS Moving ** contacted me the day before I actually needed help moving, said they were on their way. I told him, the move was for next day. The next day, I messaged guy to make sure he was still coming with other guy, was told no, they thought move was previous day and his workers were on other jobs. I disputed being charged. The guy said he could help, if we could get by with just one helper. He suggested I pay him cash app ) $225, acted like he was giving us a deal for all the confusion and shook our hand. My bank was charged $365. Tried calling guy, phone goes straight to VM, goes by name ***************************** (********* **) Scammer! Shame on him!

    Never showed up for the loading of the truck and had to scramble to hire a different group to load us. The crew showed up for the unload... looked in the truck and drove away when we went into the house for a moment. 2 hours later a third crew showed up and unloaded the truck. We paid for 3 hours of service and received 1 hour of service and when we asked for a 2 hour refund movinghelp.com said they are not taking reponsibility.

    Movers not required to be licenced.Movers experienced in scamming customers:Don't show up on day assigned.Pretend not to know ***** standard procedure.Start work late in day so as to pressure customer to concede to their demands.Claim specifics of move not provided in advance.Hold furniture hostage until added fee is paid.
