Appointments are meaningless. Understaffed both for clerical and phlebotomists positions. Sign-in IPads don't work, can't scan appt.

The person who **** the ***** was bizarre. **** 2 partial vials with no problem and then touched my other arm with her finger and said "3rd draw. I can't do anymore" and she ran from the room. Another person came in, **** ***** and submitted it to their lab, including the tests that I had declined because insurance won't cover them.Billing is even worse. My bill was paid I 3 monthly payments as they advertise that they do no interest payments. The 3rd payment was done leaving me with a zero balance when 3 weeks later they assigned it to a collection agency. The collection agency is actually as confused as I am by the whole thing and now the Sonora Quest system just randomly adds $30 charges every month or so, while my account says I have a zero balance. I will obviously never ever go back. Sonora Quest is no help at all, but I am actually getting help from the collection agency as they totally agree that I owe nothing to Sonora Quest. They have also agreed with me that something is terribly wrong with the billing process. Go to a different lab for testing!Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

******** location ***************************************Set an appointment in advance a day early. ****** took my information at 9:25 for a 9:45 am appointment because this is a busy place. After a 30 minute wait I asked about my appointment and because I am late on a payment she keeps pushing me back in the queue. ******* answer each time I asked which was twice is that she is still processing my appointment. The second time I left as my wife needed the truck for work!Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

Sonora quest was wonderful for years period but in the last year I have been unable to log in. Have you received a 401 error? I finally gained access by creating a new login name. Now I am unable to access my past tests. With the new login, when trying to navigate to the test results I am directed in a loop wherein I identify myself through a series of questions and click on the link which says return to the results page. At that point after clicking on test results I begin the same loop. It's like a bad bad dream.On other thing I learned was that I needed to register at Quest Diagnostics, it's all a fog now but I thought I would try to help anyone else struggling with their login. Not star but i have to pick one. My experience was horrible!!!! The card machine wasn't working, they asked me for cash , I gave $100 but they haven't change , so she told me go to dispens the money somewhere or go to another location , what??? I was fasting till 3 pm and I waiting for this appointment 6 days!!! They are not responsible, someone suppose to let us know about that, because that is not hapend today is from yesterday, enough time to send an email or text message!!!Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

My first experience with this lab. I was impressed with their ease of check in and short wait for testing. I was cared for by a very kind man names **** who was amazing. He was so quick and gentle. I can only speak to my experience and the specific location I visited (****************************************************************************). I was a little hesiatant to try them intially because the reviews were not the best. Now some reviews are a little subjective but some appear very valid with general concerns/complaints. I prayed before I went to this office (both times) as I firmly believe there is power in prayer! I have now went twice and my experience both times was EXCELLENT!!! No billing issues. The lab technicians were friendly, were able to draw blood from one stick and the process for check-in was extremely efficient. I am a pretty patient customer as I know there can be staffing shortages, etc. Some customers can be entitled and impatient and unfortunately, you can get the same energy you put out. A little patience and courtesy go a long way! The last tech who I worked with (******) was so sweet and professional. She was not only checking patients in, she jumped in to help draw blood because there were a number of patients in the waiting room. She got my vein on the first stick and I was on my way in no time. That is what I call going above and beyond! I will continue to visit them for all my laboratory needs. JOB WELL DONE!!!!Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

Today *** ( traveling nurse) took my blood test at ******* and Southern, *************** was excellent and pain free I never felt the stick . Hopefully Ill see her again as I come monthly.Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC
