I went with this company because I am a vet. They installed a new System July 9th it took them 3 days to figure it was defective. They finally got us Cool air after they replaced the defective. unit. Immediately after installation the unit sounds like a buzz saw and has a grinding start. I called them the other day and was told they would be here Today between 9-12 ...got a call telling me it would be later maybe 3-6...got a call from the tech telling me it is more like 4. I just called and he is trying to get someone else out here because he can't make it. I am very disappointed and disgusted in this company. I feel that they just keep passing the buck and really aren't concerned. They may have expanded too quickly, and bit off more than they can chew. We have had 4 days where we have waited and sacrificed our time and have been inconvenienced. A field Mgr just called and said he will be here shortly. This is after I called the office and blew up over the phone. Will wait as usual They told me they are getting the torch award this year 2024...Review fromAnthony G

I am disappointed in the company's marketing strategy of highlighting their association with the military. Many of my family members have served in the military and take great pride in their service to our country. I was influenced by this aspect when purchasing their air conditioning system, opting for their top-of-the-line product. However, I am disappointed to find that it is not performing as expected. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, I have encountered difficulties in receiving timely and efficient support. There have been instances where no one has shown up for appointments, leading to confusion regarding who called and set up appointments, ultimately resulting in a lack of resolution to my concerns.Review fromMark S

I won a no charge turnup on my air conditioner from Semper Fi. The man came took pictures of my furnace and air-conditioner. No service was done on either and he tried to sell me a $17,000 unit saying my unit was 10 years old and the coils showed some rust and was dirty, I thought a service call would clean the coils, maybe I'm wrong. Had Semper Fi of Mesa AZ respond to give me a quote when my air conditioner quit working. Repair guy stated that the unit couldn't be fixed and quoted me $18,000 but with a military discount brought it down to $14,000. However, they never verified me as a veteran and later I read they give everyone the military discount. They indicated they could do the job the next day but I put it off to get a 2nd opinion. San Tan A/C Comfort Pros came out the same day and fixed the unit by replacing a capacitor for a total cost of $190 and stated the air conditioner was in fine running shape.Review fromJennifer K

Used Semper Fi as our primary AC company for three years and never had an issueuntil now! In the summer of 2023 we bought a brand new $12k unit from them. Ever since then, their service has been terrible! I will never use them or recommend them to anyone ever again! Its impossible to get someone on the phone to talk to, there is never a manager available, they never send you confirmations of appointments (so when they do cancel on you, theres no paper trail), schedule an appointment they put it for a different date and time, no records of what services we are in need of. Its like the place is run by toddlers now. So disappointing because we really enjoyed them as a company. Apparently once they get money from you, they stop caring.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC

My A/C died on 6/5; home warranty cannot respond until 6/12. SEMPER Fi advertises rapid service. They are not kidding! A technician looked over the unit, took photos, explained them. He was friendly, courteous, professional, thorough, and explained all my options. There was no pressure, no sales pitch. All these factors make SEMPER Fi an attractive alternative, should the home warranty be less than satisfactory.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC

I scheduled a tune up with one of their employees because they advertised the tune up special for just $ *****. Right after the scheduled tune-up has been set, the supervisor called back to deny my request for the tune-up. I told her that she is falsely advertising her company on the social media TikTok platform. In the TikTok advertisement, that I have saved, the contractor provides a tune-up special for the person not the homeowner. She was basically just fishing for information so that she can deny me service. Now I have my neighbor helping me with my tune-up and I have to pay more.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC

We absolutely do offer a ***** special for a Maintenance Inspection and all persons; however require permission from the Property Owner to be on site; this is why the call had to be cancelled. ******* was the best and most honest technician from an HVAC company I have ever met. Very professional and walked me step by step with what was wrong with our A/C. Second year in a row: Representative called and made appointment for pre-summer AC tune up.Morning and hour of apptointment received voicemail on phone advising that there was too much work for them to keep my appointment, and to call to make another.Yes, second year they overbooked and showed they are unreliable. This is my first time ever buying a unit and *********** originally came to my house was all ************* till I bought the unit, now he is ghost. I did get ****** to come out and he hand many issues with the install who then had more guys come out. Then the unit stopped working and they sent out more guys. Dont know what he did but he was shocked by the unit for either touching something he shouldn't have or something fried, either way the unit is still not working properly so I called again and they sent out another set of guys who say the motor needs to be replaced because its a two stage unit and it always runs in the 2nd stage skipping the first stage thus using full power I know because I have solar on my house and I can monitor the difference when the unit, when its in the first stage it uses around 3 KW when its in the second stage it uses 7 or more KW. The last visit was Friday May 31st. which was the 5th time they had someone out and I was under the impression some parts where ordered that would fix the problem. When I called today to follow up no one knows what I'm talking about. I in no way shape or form would recommend Semper Fi to anyone.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC
