    We had a brand new unit installed 5 weeks ago. It broke after the first week. They said it was due to the rain we had and they needed another part. They ordered the part and came back 4 days later to fix it. They fix it but still doesn't work. They said it needs another part and that will take 2-4 days to come in. A week later they call and say the parts in. We've been trying to schedule the installation but no reply. They don't communicate and they don't care if you have animals and your house is 90 degrees. Do not use them. They have horrible customer service and don't know what they're doing.

    After buying a new unit from Semper Fi March 2024, the company has been nothing but miserable to work with. Just horrible communication, awful customer service, and insane runarounds.We had problems with our install where the system wasnt working right. Calling to have someone come back out was insane. I couldnt get a person, got stuck on a callback list from the install department, and it would take days to get someone out because it had to be an install specialist. That routine took three times before fixing the unit.Then the foam insulation fell and caused and stalled the fan and caused a horrible noise. It took over a week to get someone to fix that issue and to this day, I never got a straight answer on whether the foam should have been removed in install or was supposed to stay in the ********* forward to today, we had our annual maintenance scheduled for mid-March, which they told us we needed for our warranty. The day before, after adjusting work and scheduled to accommodate, they called and said they had to reschedule. We rescheduled for May 1st. Today they called to say they had to reschedule again now telling my September 4th is the earliest they can come.These people do not care about their customers. We made a significant investment with them and have regretted it ever since.

    ***** to sell me repairs for my AC unit, and also to buy a new one. Had a second opinion diagnosis and was told I did not have repair issues nor did I need a new unit. The second company could have sold me on repairs or a new unit and was honest enough not to have done so.

    Do not trust a company that offers ****** gift cards for a review. I cannot trust a company that uses those practices. My main reason for choosing this company, is because they're a veteran friendly business. As an army veteran, I am more open to giving a veteran owned or friendly company my business. Mainly because I expect them to operate with similar values, integrity, honest service and communication. My problem is with the technician from Semper Fi that came to my home. From the start, there was miscommunication as to why he was even at my home. I'm issue was my heater. It was blowing cool air. He didn't check my filters, didn't check my thermostat. He went on my roof and spent about 15 -20 min up there. He came down, got a bag from his van, then went back up without telling me anything about what he was seeing or walking me through anything. He eventually came back down, gave me a price for a part that I would need and that was it. The lack of communication made me wary and lose trust. The 20 min he spent on my roof was suspect because of the way he was acting and then after giving the cost of repair, he got in his van and left. He wasn't friendly at all and just gave me shady vibes. As a customer, I should not feel uneasy and I should feel like I can totally trust the company and the tech for their expertise and not feel like I'm getting scammed. A technician is representing the company at all times. First impressions are everything and you only have one time to make a positive impression on a customer. If that trust is loss from the start and initial meeting, it's very difficult to get that back. Semper fi may be a great company but I will never know due to my own personal interaction with their employee who failed to represent the company in a professional manner. My advice, if you truly respect the people who have served our country, then you need to follow those same values. Respect **************** Honor Integrity Personal courage

    This company prides themselves on being a veteran owned company and then screwed me and my wife over who are both veterans, they told us one set price before the work and then got a statement of charges after the work and was double the price. After that they gave us a loan through a company called good leap and told us we had 18 months of interest free payments after the 18 months we would start to accrue interest, and now after the 18 months good leap tells us his was a promotional period and they added on the interest of the 18 months because we were suppose to pay it off by then which was not how it was explained by semper Fi and so now we are having an extra over 1000 dollars added onto the amount we are suppose to pay them. Do not do business with semper fi they are crooked used car sales men.

    **************** was horrendous!!! During the hottest days of October 2024, this company took 2 weeks & 3 days & FIVE different **********s to repair my air conditioning!! First ********** tried to sell me parts that were not broken & didnt seem to know what he was doing. He & the next 2 techs diagnosed an issue that was COMPLETELY different than what the 4th tech (with 25 yrs of experience) finally diagnosed! The 5th tech then came & put in correct part & got a/c working! If I had not been calling them every 2-3 days, I probably would still be sitting here without a/c!!!!! I paid 1/2 of the bill in the beginning & now they are threatening collections on the balance! I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy! If my neighbor had not loaned me a portable a/c for the living room/kitchen area, I would have been sitting in my bedroom for all those days because they only supplied one unit, despite me asking for a 2nd unit! **************** service employees were polite but do not know what they are doing, plus there seems to be no communication between them! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

    They send a salesman to scam you. They quoted me over 15k for a repair. I got it fixed for $350 elsewhere.

    Semper Fi tried to trick me into buying a new unit for $11,000 's dollars, but another company fixed it for $500's. Now their trying to tell me I got a new unit from them when I didn't!!! I have another company that comes twice a year, and said my account unit was fine, but now all of a sudden semper fi comes out, and there's a leak!!

    *************. Had them to come out and diagnose that a blower fan in one of my AC units needed a replacement in the middle of summer. Tech said it'd be a two days before they can come out and replace it. Two days went by, and then I called every day and got vague answers on what was going on. I couldn't get a hold of the tech either. Eventually, nine days later I finally got an answer after I told them I was going to do a chargeback. They finally said that they can replace the blower and sent the same tech out the next day. The tech came and claimed that they had to backorder the blower which is why it took so long, but seemingly their entire office couldn't relay that information nor could the tech because he "broke his phone." After a few hours, we had working cold air. A few months later I noticed my heating wasn't working, so I called out a different company. They claimed that the blower that Semper Fi installed wasn't the correct rating for my system, nor was it wired correctly. They mentioned that this could of seriously damaged my heat exchanger and that I should replace the out of spec blower immediately. This seemed correct because I did notice a large increase in my power bill after my service with Semper Fi in addition to my heat just not working. Semper Fi claimed they used my parts warrantee on my AC unit to get another blower, but considering that I had a part that was probably not from the manufacture or at least approved by them, it makes me wonder where it came from or what they did with the correct blower.

    Be careful with this company. They charged me the full amount $2200 up front, misdiagnosed the problem, and then refused to give me an appt stating they couldnt find the correct part in the whole city of *******. Also they told me just to replace the unit for $14,000. Called another company who said just the fan was out and replaced it in a few mins for much less. They also told me I didnt need a new unit but if we did it would be $7500.
