We've had ****'s ever since they took over from ********** back when dinosaurs ruled the earth. All aspects of dealing with them (2 complete new HVAC systems and ongoing maintenance) are outstanding and we would recommend them to anyone.John's Heating Cooling and Plumbing

Technician came to service my AC unit. Appointment was easily made, the technician came on time and wore the booties in my home. He cleaned out the drains, and took before/after pictures and showed me. Inspected all components inside and out of the house and gave me results and options and recommendations. I have a service contract with Johns refrigration and have always been pleased. This last week my air conditioner went down. I called and asked for **** if possible. He is my favorite technician for many reasons. He arrived 2 hours later that day and diagnosed my problem. This was Wednesday. Could not be repaired. **** came out early on Thursday to give me an estimate on my options. Friday a crew arrived and installed my new system. Everyone on time or even early. ******* and ******* at the office were wonderful too. Im with Aps and they managed to find a rebate for me. Thank you Johns!!
