********** arrived exactly on time. Was extremely cordial and proficient. He explained everything about my system and what to watch for in the future. He went over pictures that he took of the system on the roof and it's interior and exterior as well as the drainage piping. I was totally satisfied and would use John's Heating and Cooling again. In fact, signed up for their biannual service plan.

Your tech did an excellent job explaining the options. Since my hvac system is ***************************************** need of a new system soon. While we did decide to go with a new system, l never felt under any pressure to upgrade. We have always had a good experience with the service from Johns over the past 7 years.Review fromTerri O

Had a similar positive experience with Johns as related by ****** in her review below. Johns recommended a Trane unit which has turned out to be perfectly suited to my house and circumstances. The noise of the previous unit was unbearable much of the time. This unit is quiet and does the job extremely well. Two technicians did a splendid job with the installation in the midst of the brutal summer heat. They were polite and seemed to work well as a team. The lead tech explained the unit and the new hi tech thermostat in terms I could understand. There was a follow up visit 2 weeks later to make sure everything was going ok for me. I now have it scheduled for a regular 6 month checkup which Im sure will help keep this thing running for a long time to come. A different technician arrived for this recent checkup and he was excellent as well. And the office staffthey answer the phone and get back to you when they say they will! Tech came out with faulty gauges and told me I needed repair a TXV valve and the cost would be $2475. Didnt feel good about the technicians diagnosis and had 2 different companies evaluate. No valve needs and each service call was $50. Johns on the other hand wanted $79 and misdiagnosed the problem. Called Johns office to discuss pricing and diagnosis and the manager said, thats our price, take it or leave it. This had scam written all over it!!! Ill say it again, Johns Refridgeration is a SCAM!!!If I could give them negative stars, I would!!John's Heating Cooling and Plumbing

My experience in purchasing a new air conditioning unit started with ***********************. He came to my house and thoroughly explained all options. He answered all of my questions and I felt confident in purchasing a new 2-speed Trane unit from Johns.A few weeks later, ********* by the name of ****** and **** came to install the unit. They did such a marvelous job! The young men answered all of my questions, took 7.5 hours to carefully install the unit, worked so very hard to make sure that everything was calibrated correctly, and left my house in such immaculate condition when they finished. It was also recommended to me that I contact another contractor to install more insulation in my attic to further enhance the efficiency of my new Trane. I strongly recommend using Johns Heating and Cooling for a/c repair and replacement. Their people really know what theyre doing!John's Heating Cooling and Plumbing

We had John's Heating and Cooling over today to perform the fall check and maintenance service for our **** system. **** was the technician assigned. **** performed his work professionally, ensured that all of our questions were answered, took extra care while doing his tasks and demonstrated a high level of technical knowledge in the **** industry! He is a star representative for ****'s for sure!
