    Met some of their team at a local ********** home show in February. Set appointment to get a quote on replacing my original, craft **** windows in my home. ******** spent almost 3 hours going over every detail. Had every option I could imagine from style to finish. Took advantage of financing option. Final measurement appointment went smooth. Expected my windows to be in town in June or July. Second week of April and they are finalizing the installation. Installers were on time, got straight to work, and I'm in love with the finished product so far. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with everyone I've dealt with at Andersen. From sales, to measurement, to scheduling, and installation. I LIKE THIS COMPANY.

    This is a predatory company who took advantage of my elderly mother. She did not know what she was signing as she is legally blind and has Alzheimer's. She cannot afford $*****0 windows. Why would a salesman push that on someone who is dependent on social security?
