      I am pleased with my windows and storm door that WW applied to my home. ***** was fantastic, very professional and did an outstanding job. I could not be more pleased. WW definitely cares about their customers and committed to backing up their work. Our sales representative, ***** , was very knowledgeable. He did not just sell us the product and walk away. He was always a phone call away. He made sure we were taken care of properly. I highly recommend Window World for all your window/door needs. They are a 5 star company. ******************

      I ordered my windows June 1, 2022. They said they would call with updates. I only received one update. In addition, they said 8-12 weeks until installation. They’ve had my windows for three weeks now and have now rescheduled my installation three times, which has forced me to reschedule all my other workers, who have set aside time for work on my house, then they’re having to move on to other jobs. Next week will be 12 weeks since I ordered my windows, I’m not very optimistic that they will follow through. This has cost me two sizable interest payments, which would’ve been the amount that I was supposedly saving going with Window World. I will not use them again. I’ll pay the extra to have windows installed sooner. I won’t make this mistake again. Also, I’ve asked for upper management to contact me and have not received any response.

      ***************************** explained everything and gave a demonstration on the windows. The workers were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Work done was done in a timely manner on a really hot day. Price was reasonable.
