  I recently had Window World replace all my windows and my sliding door, and I couldn't be happier! I used their online scheduling to book an appointment with *****, my salesman. He was punctual and presented all the options without any pressure to buy something I didn't want. He really listened to what was important to me.We compared prices, and Window World was the best. The lifetime warranty, which is transferable once, sealed the deal.***** advised that it would take 6-8 weeks for the windows to arrive, as they are all built to order. He mentioned it might take a bit longer because of the sliding door, but they actually arrived in about 5.5 weeks. Once they arrived, a friendly scheduler called to book the installation within a week.The installation was seamless. The crew arrived on time and efficiently replaced the windows while another crew member worked on the casings. They were polite and even helped me move things outside that I had forgotten to move. The installation was completed in just over 5 hours I was amazed at their speed! They showed me how to use my new windows, which glide up and down and fold in for easy cleaning. The screens are also very easy to open and close. When they left, they cleaned up everything.If you're considering new windows, I highly recommend Window World. The entire process was easy and convenient!

  Overall a great experience. The one bad thing I would say is that their schedulers dont read the notes about my preferred availability therefore causing me some problems. My installers were *********** who treated my house with respect and answered all my questions.

  Window World was an outstanding surprise! I feared that such a large company would not live up to their claims. I was so pleasantly wrong! They met with us and calculated a better price than other companies. The installation date was set several weeks later upon their receipt of windows. The crew showed up right on time. The carefully removed old windows without damaging foundation plants. Then they quickly and efficiently installed the new windows, cleaned them, and the ***** and frames. It was amazing to see such pros at work for lil' old me! Many thanks for a well-handled professional experience about which I can't share enough praise.

  Hired windows world to replace the rotting windows in my house. Looked around for windows providers with good reviews and decided to go with this company. I am glad I chose them. The sales person did a great job explaining the options and answering my questions and concerns. Windows were ordered and they arrived on time. Installation went great. I have had the windows now for over 3 months and I appreciate the quality and the beauty. They definitely did a great job keeping the house warm during the winter. I found the prices to be pretty reasonable for the quality they offer. The life long warranty these guys offer is amazing and time has to tell how well the promise is kept. So far, I had a wonderful experience with them and I would highly recommend them for Windows.

  A very professional approach; *** and the staff were great, they came in and had the windows up instantly. They clean up after themsleves. Only time will tell on the windows install, but all that being said, I would recommend Window World to anyone, the price for our custom windows were cheaper then others, but the service of ****** the sales **** it why we had the other custom windows done. Thank you for YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPEREINCE.****** ****

  Completely satisfied with job. Done a nice job on replacing my 21 windows. The crew was good at their job and didn't mind answering any questions that I had. They did a fairly good job of cleaning up after the job was done. The windows looks nice and professionally done. I would highly recommend Window World.

  WINDOW WORLD set a new bar for contractors. Not only did we get a fantastic customer service representative who came out and talked with us about our windows, but followed up with us during and the finished product. Thank you *****!We had researched other companies to replace our windows and found that WINDOW WORLD had a better product selection and their prices couldnt be beat.Not knowing what to expect from the delivery and installation of 18 windows, We remained confident that we had chose the best possible option.They arrived, and before touching the windows, they Re measured each one and then ***, who was the team lead, went over everything with us. He was moving between his team and us with any questions we had. The professional attitude and skills of his team were beyond our expectations. Their skills, attitude, and commitment to doing their best was clearly evident by their ability to work together and had all our windows in, totally cleaned up and properly thanked us for giving them the opportunity to help make our home more safe and beautiful!We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great product with excellent customer service.
