      Great customer service. Had 4 ********************* replaced under warranty. Window World technician was very courteous and knowledgeable of there product. I will always recommend WINDOW WORLD to everyone

      ***** is very good at what he does! He showed up on time, was done quicker than I expected, was very polite, and his clean up job was impeccable!! Not a single thing left behind! His work looks great and we are so happy to have beautiful new windows!! I would absolutely recommend him to friends or family!

      It was pleasure to talk to ***** throughout the installation process. If I ever need windows replaced again, Ill request him from Window World every time!

      If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. We have contacted customer service, our project manager, and the corporate office MULTIPLE times! First, two of our windows were incorrectly measured. During the first installation, the workers didn't even bother to take off packaging before they caulked the window. PLUS, they broke one of our big windows. They did not level the windows, so two of them are hard to raise, and they did not put insulation for any of the windows. After they got done installing, they didn't even clean the windows, so at the end of that day, we had two old windows still, one broken, two hard to raise, AND all filthy!!! After that terrible experience, our project manager came to our house to evaluate. He stated that the windows were put in incorrectly and said that he would get them ordered ASAP. He had the nerve to ask if we wanted a new crew. After 4 weeks went by, we called to see where our windows were and they said "Oh, they're here in the warehouse." Ummmm... so you're telling me that you've had our windows but didn't call to schedule us. Ok then. So after we did THEIR job of scheduling, the workers called the day before and rescheduled us. Finally, when the crew showed up for our second installation, we expressed the need for them to reinstall all of the windows. They acted shocked, and said they were not told this. They DID NOT reinstall. Instead, they just caulked over the already CRAPPY caulking job and ARGUED that the windows were not hard to raise. PLUS, they didn't get us a new big window for the one they cracked last time. We finally got someone to talk to us from customer service and they sent us to a new project manager. They say its going to be another four weeks, but if I base the timing on our previous experiences, it will be AT LEAST two more months, and I'm sure it will be a CRAPPY job once again. We will continue to call until we speak to someone about how this can be made right.

      I purchased windows for three homes in June 2021. I had to constantly call and they finally installed a missing window in September 2022, if I had not called the window would not have been installed. Then last month I had to call about another missing window at the other home I paid for and they are just getting around to ordering that window. I paid cash for the windows and if this had been financed they would not have let me miss payments for over a year. I should be given interest on my money. They are horrible and I will never recommend them to anyone,

      AWFUL **************** and crappy installation. They screwed up my initial contract, and had me make an additional contract for two more windows that THEY missed. Installation was delayed by months, even though I had multiple calls saying the windows were on the truck. Almost all the windows were bent and the door had a huge gap. I filled out BOTH contract forms the EXACT same way saying these things needed to be fixed. Talked to multiple reps who said I did not have to pay until the job was completed/fixed. Well Window World decided to go ahead and send the bill for the smaller 2 window contract. Talked to their manager and they said that the main contract was a service contract and the 2 window was just an install so I had to pay up. DO NO USE THESE GUYS.

      Window World just installed new windows throughout our home. *****, the Window World sales representative, was available for questions anytime, and he was did not attempt to sell us the most expensive product, but the one best suited to us. The Window World team (******'s group) went to work, each in their own area of expertise, and did a superb job, in record time. They were protective of our floors and walls, cleaning up as they went, willing to mask while they were inside, and showed the utmost respect for us. We also appreciated being able to purchase the windows on our credit card, to get those points! Looking forward to the tax break too. We had these put in just before the first cold snap, and what a difference in the temperature. No more drafts, or moisture on the window ***** the next morning. Helps also to dampen outside noises. Highly recommend Window World!

      I purchased a house from someone who had the old windows replaced by Window World. I called to inquire about a warranty transfer, and they told me it would be $250. It takes less than 2 minutes to transfer a warranty, I do it every day at work, and we do it for free. I asked how much it would cost to replace two screens, and was told, they wont touch the windows until I pay the transfer fee. From my understanding, the previous owners had a nightmare of a time getting them installed, never got the s**** caps for the windows after many attempts trying.Charging this fee is exploiting people for selling/buying a home. And then refusing to replace screens that arent even covered, is holding consumers hostage.
