  I contracted with Window World of Huntsville in June 2023 to convert my screened in porch to a sun room. The first of numerous issues started on the initial date of installation October 2023. The contractor installed 3 sliding doors and 3 glass panels that were all damaged prior to installation. I was not informed of the damaged materials until after the installation.Since then I have had five scheduled dates to complete the installation and each time either the parts have come in damaged or have incorrect measurements and could not be installed.I requested to cancel after the third attempt and I was told that canceling was not an option by management. I received a call from the project manager that the Vice President was made aware of the issues and he has stated he was willing to take a substantial discount off the project for the inconvenience. Instead ** offered a discount of 10%. I advised the ** the project manager stated the offer was for a substantial discount, The ** stated he couldnt control the adjective in which his employee used.On the 5th installation date the job again was not completed. The project manager stated that management had advised to only give 20% discount and adding that management stated the way one person views substantial is different from how someone else may view substantial.Prior to contracting with Window World I contacted three other companies to quote for the conversion of my screen room and window world was not the cheapest of the three quotes. I selected them for the project as I thought I chose a reputable company. They have been anything but reputable. Here is it a year later and Im awaiting the 6th scheduled installation and I have not been contacted by management or anyone to offer an apology or a proper discount for all the inconveniences. I expected more from Window World and this has been a complete nightmare. I will not recommend their services to anyone.

  I HIGHLY recommend Window World! Every step of the way, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and timely. Im a very satisfied customer. It looks fantastic!

  Very pleased with the recent job done by Window World as well as ***** and his team. Such an easy process from start to finish. We received multiple calls with updates while waiting for the order to come in. During install, we also received calls throughout the day to see how things were going as well as ******* coming to walk through personally. We have almost 50 windows and the install team spent a full two days here making sure everything was completed and to our satisfaction. We had to ask them to take a break for lunch (thats how hardworking they were!). ************.

  They were in touch before and after the work was done they completed the work even thou it started raining and they look great and work as they should when I get enough money together I'll being the next 6 windows done speaking of the money they save me a bundle I checked with ******** and champion widows and the difference was amazingly huge

  If you're in need of new windows, I suggest checking out Window World of Huntsville. They did a fantastic job replacing the windows in my house, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. ***** and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless.   I bought the house in Dec 2023 with Window World Windows installed. They weren't installed correctly at all. Drafty and chaulked to my vinyl, where if it had failed I would have had more than drafty cold windows. I of course, did not own the warranty but Window World of Huntsville really pulled through for me. I now own the warranty and have 15 brand new windows at a fraction of the cost because these people really wanted me fixed up on their mistake. They came in said "Yes I don't like how it looks, it was installed correctly, and they weren't Eco!" windows which blew me away at the fact the original owner didn't have efficient window installed. I paid for the difference and they really made the outside look not only better, but protected the gaps of my siding with trim pieces to the window. 5 out 5... they are expensive, but they really do back their products up hard.... you can't get service like that!
