"Air Serv really nice friendly people I had a unit install November the 18 2022 On December ***** of 2023 starting to have problems no heat pump no backups heat strips the unit has a leak on it they said they will fix it the parts supposed to come in overnight they hadn't installed the part today is ******* the7 of 2023 They said they were sending somebody out to fix the leak I'm without a unit brand new $14000 They were real quick to install it but not real quick to fix it I supposed to have warranty on it I'm a school custodian I can use some help Somebody helped me not froze through the Winter but I made it"
