  Please do not use this Heating and *********** use **************** or another company if you need ************* I was paying monthly to have them service my HVAC for A/C and Heater each season. They called me to have them come out for my annual service and the technician arrived made no contact to let me know he was there. He walked out to my outside unit and then came in to my air handler and checked it. He then walked back outside to checked the condenser again. He walked back in and said we had a problem. He said we lost 2lbs of freon, and we need a new system. He then left and told me that I would get a quote. I am a Airframe and Powerplant technician and immediately recognized he was lying because we had no issues with the A/C unit over the summer. If there was a problem the system would have shut down and not worked. Not only that but the system was checked by another tech just last year and there is no issues with ***** wife and I then activated our warranty company and they contacted ****************. This company is amazing they are incredible and honest, please contact them. They came out and found no issues. A few months after my circuit board on my air handler went out they came back over changed the circuit board checked the system, everything has been working fine ever since. I DID NOT NEED A NEW HVAC system but if I believed them I would of put our over 10k for no reason other then to line their pockets. Home owners beware and be diligent if they tell you you need a new system GET A SECOND OPTION Please. It worked out extremely well for us.

  Spent 22k on new hvac units. Within 10 days control board failed. New part came was the wrong part. Now another part being overnighted but they cannot commit to an install date for new part. We have gone from coldest night of the year to 80 degrees with NO heat or a/c. Never had such bad service in my life and I know how hvac shops work as I worked for one for 20 years.11/10 Update the new replacement part not received yet. Supposed to come in today but install won't be till Monday 11/13 if the part arrives. Unit in stalled 10/23, original part died 11/1. We have not had heat or a/c for almost 10 days as of today. No one communicates what is happening. We get shoved into voice-mail and have to call back repeatedly before we get a person who can't commit to anything.11/14 update-day 14 no heat still. Supposed to get a new unit as this one is a lemon. No idea when this will happen. Husband has to take time off work whenever they decide to work on this unit. Am very tired of having to be wrapped in blankets as we haven't had sunshine to warm the house.??????Anyone else find this unacceptable?11/15 install was to be done this morning. Yay unfortunately they didn't have the correct replacement unit. So.....the saga continues. What a disaster.

  Air Serv really nice friendly people I had a unit install November the 18 2022 On December ***** of 2023 starting to have problems no heat pump no backups heat strips the unit has a leak on it they said they will fix it the parts supposed to come in overnight they hadn't installed the part today is ******* the7 of 2023 They said they were sending somebody out to fix the leak I'm without a unit brand new $14000 They were real quick to install it but not real quick to fix it I supposed to have warranty on it I'm a school custodian I can use some help Somebody helped me not froze through the Winter but I made it
