  We've hired Verdun three times now and every time we've been beyond satisfied with them. They communicate clearly and promptly, their installation staff are quick, professional, and friendly, and Verdun has gone above and beyond to remedy any post installation issues that have come up however minor. 6/5 stars.

  After sales service under the Verdun Windows and Door 25 year warranty is excellent! Any concern, big or small, is handled promptly and efficiently without question. In today's market place where so many sales are a "one and done" deal, this level of quality after sale service is so refreshing. Technicians are on time, friendly, courteous and professional. Your home is always respected and work areas are always left clean. I have been a satisfied customer since 2007 and have no hesitation in recommending Verdun for both their windows and doors.   Dealing with Verdun Windows and Doors was a very positive experience from start to finish. Windows were delivered on the coldest day of the season and the removal and installation was done very professionally, great precision and very friendly crew.

  I understand the delivery or our new door was delayed nearly 2 months due to a mechanical breakdown where it was being manufactured. When it was finally delivered, **** and his assistant did a great job installing it. **** was professional and friendly.

  The experience was fairly easy. I spoke with a rep who recommended, specific windows and went with is recommendations. I did quotes with three other contactors and Verdun were the cheapest and the most accommodating. They assisted me with the Greener Homes Loan and getting approval for the installations. The work was great. One person came in and replaced four windows and was able to do it alone. That, by itself, shows some skill. The work areas were cleaned up and the person put trim around the windows. Two areas required the trim to be jigged and the person was able to do that as well. All said and done, the work was beyond my expectations.

  We had our second floor bedroom window replaced due to some recurring problems with the existing window. The Verdun representative was prompt, courteous and provided the quote, which was competitive with the other two received from competitors. He said he would prioritize the manufacture since one outside pane was broken and true to his word, the window was ready in the time frame promised. An installation date was booked within days of it being shipped from the factory and the installers were right on time. They did a great job (from what we can tell) and cleaned up the work area. We would certainly consider Verdun for any future repairs/ replacements we may have.
