  I recently had 11 windows installed. I required new windows to provide better insulation due to the cold whether we are experiencing. I met with a representative (*******) who provided both great advice on the type of window and the flashing required to preserve the look of the room. Once the order was submitted, I asked for a rush to be able to have them installed before the end of winter. I was initially told 4-6 weeks which seemed reasonable. I then received a call advising that the order would be 2-3 weeks and then a few days later that the windows were in and ready to be installed. They were installed over the last two days about two weeks after the order was signed. To add to my review, the crew (*** and an assistant) that showed up were professional, courteous, accommodating and left the place as clean as the found it. We are having three more windows installed in a few weeks and I have asked for the same crew. Last note, I read the reviews for Verdun as well as two other companies I revived quotes from (didn't mention Verdun offered the best deal for same or better quality windows). There are negative reviews which I questioned Vanessa about, who advised, that Verdun makes their own windows but not doors and most of the complaints centered around doors. If I needed a new door I would probably think twice but based on the service I have received so far, i would probably chance it with Verdun.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Purchased my door in 2023, took 4 attempts to get a dent free door finally installed finally in 2025. Customer service is non existent. If you need an update you have to call and get it yourself. Then was told by Courtney that when they don’t have a clear timeline on file they make it up to appease customers even though the date isn’t based in fact. They will only communicate over email even when their emails “get stuck in their outbox”, they still won’t proactively call even though your phone number is your profile number. All communications are initiated by the customer. They do not keep their word when they say they will call you back, missing their own self imposed deadlines. They string you along thinking there is light at the end of the tunnel when in fact they won’t help with anything or provide financial compensation for 3 failed damaged doors which require time off work, increased cost of ************** costs for their visits. If you want a smooth, stress free experience do not use this company. They will drain all of your mental health then tell you they’ll talk to management who in turn will say their hands are tied wasting everyone’s time and energy. The techs who install the doors are AMAZING and this review is not a reflection of their work and professionalism.

  Just had my patio door replaced. Very happy with the product and service. Despite the rather cold day, ****** and ***** were friendly, professional and efficient. Finish was excellent, looks better than the old door. Looking forward to the arrival of the new front door! Verdun was a word of mouth referral and I can see why, good job.

  Dealt with factory representative ******* and everything couldn’t have gone better. She showed up exactly on time for the in home appointment, understood our issues and after taking measurements and speaking to us, generated a quote on the spot for numerous windows and doors. Impressive
