  Bons produits. Trs bon service d'installation; les ouvriers taient trs gentils et attentionns pour remettre les leiux dans le meilleur tat.Deux suggestions pour Verdun:1. R***** dans la livraison: l'automne 2022, lorsque la commande avait t donne, j'avaiis demand que l'installation se fasse au mois de mai. Il y avait amplement de temps pour organiser cela. Lorsque j'tais prt (dbut mai 2023), on m'a dit qu'il fallait fabriquer et attendre encore plus d'un mois avant la livraison. Pourtant, j'avais dj pay une partie de la commande. SVP faire confiance au client sur son engagement vous recevoir selon son agenda, surtout lorsqu'il a dj pay une partie de la commande.2. Langue de communication: SVP communiquer en franais avec les clients francophones. Il est plutt incroyable de faire cette demande une entreprise de Vars (Ont.) situe au coeur de la fancophonie **********...Merci de tenir compte de ces suggestions.

  We had French doors installed today. The installers, led by ********* were prompt, professional, friendly, courteous and tidied up after the installation. **** also took the the time to explain the process as the installation was proceeding. **** and ****** were outstanding. It is the third time we use Verdun Windows and Doors and are, to date, always very satisfied. We will continue to use Verdun.

  Would not recommend.It took 14 months from the point of giving our deposit to installation. Given the pandemic, we were willing to look past that. They installed three windows today and I am so disappointed with their service. Most of the screens were not installed properly, the windows are absolutely filthy, they got caulking on the walls and the floor, and they left big black marks on our hardwood floors. There are also windows where the seal is bulging and coming away from the window, so they are obviously not well manufactured. Considering the price we paid (almost $4,000 for three windows) I was expecting more pride in their work. Will not be purchasing from them in the future and would not recommend.

  We called Verdun again as we were satisfied with our door with side windows that we purchased from them a few years ago. The salesperson ***************************** came over to our home to explain our different options: type, quality, colour, Government rebate program and Verdun's No-Bull Warranty valid for 25 years which covers hardware, labour for your products and installation. We signed with ****** for 5 windows. Then we planned the installation with ******. Our installers ************************** (brothers) came to our home on time. **** verified the measurements & explained were they would start. They laid tarps and were very very clean, they used a shop vac after to clean the small debris. *********** were polite, quick, clean, quick and efficient and answered any questions we had. The windows were installed centered to our openings and the mouldings were fitted perfectly. We are very satisfied with *********** and will ask for them when we purchase other items from Verdun. Overall we are very satisfied with All the personnel we dealt with at Verdun ********************************************* and recommend them.

  We are getting all of the patio doors and exit doors replaced, and the service from Verdun has been outstanding. From reminder emails to check in calls to their dedicated service team, the experience was excellent. The only small detail was that we ordered when everyone else in Ottawa was replacing windows, so we had to wait, which was fine. For what we received, I think it was well worth it.

  We had a new front door installed on May 23/23.Excellent work. Installers were very nice and professional. cleaned up perfectly afterwards.We waited 10 months for the door, but hey, everywhere we checked it was the same time line (due to COVID-facrories playing catch up)We used Verdun before at our former home and were very pleased with them I highly recommend them

  Ordering: I ordered a new window from Verdun in june 2022. I paid down payment with credit card. The bill mentions they will not accept credit card at install time. The problem is that it takes a year between order and install so you will likely forget and miss it in the emails. Install: installed late May after complaining. Install went fine, as far as I can tell (it's been 20 min since they left). Installers cleaned up after themselves and used floor protectors. However, a few things: 1. they do not accept credit card payment. They clearly stated that in emails and on purchase bill). This despite the down payment being paid via credit card. And they mean it. They will not leave until you pay : cheque or etransfer verification number required before the installers will leave. They state this in your pre-delivery email and they mean it. I was doubtful about credit cards since I had already paid with it but they were serious. It took me 10 min to sort this out because I called (glad I did, see below) and the installers waited patiently until they had a confirm #. I had to have installers call dispatch to figure out what my customer number was as they did not answer when I called trying to sort this out. 2. the reason for the confusion? The instructions to etransfer they send are incorrect. They state "Add Verdun as payee and use customer number". They instruct you to add them as payee , when you do they even show a pic of where the customer number is (attached) which clearly comes from Verdun. DO NOT DO THIS. You have to enter the order number I was told. Wonder where my original payment would have gone if I hadn't of called to verify. 3. I received no receipt or paid work order on payment. I am hoping I will receive something in a couple days? Maybe by email? I asked installer and he said no I have to ask for it. Leave it to Verdun to make payment so difficult. My first purchase from Verdun was much easier (this was my second)
