Amazing experience from beginning to end. The representative that came first was extremely helpful and did his best to get us the best price. We had 4 windows (including a 98 x 65 inches one) and two doors. He was understanding of our needs and was a great help in choosing what we wanted. It took a while to get our doors due to supply issues and manufacturing delays, but they kept us posted and were there to answer our questions whenever we communicated with their customer service department. It was quick and easy to get answers. The installation crews that came both times were very professional and friendly and worked diligently and quickly. They left the space clean after the work was done.We took advantage of the financing option they were offering. I had some issues with the company they use (Snap financing), but I think I was able to resolve the issue (we'll see with the next payment!)

This review is for the installation part of my order of 17 windows only.My order is not yet completed so I will reserve my review of Verdun window once my order is completed. I can say the windows are very nice. INSTALLATION REVIEW ******** was on time, friendly and worked hard. Its an old **** home and there was a few problems with the house and window sizes they walked us through our options came up with solutions and installed 17 windows in 2 very cold and rainy/snowy days. Left my house inside and outside very clean. Overall the installation was a really good experience. Great crew, great after service care information provided.Verdun Windows and Doors

I've been waiting almost 2 years for one door installation, its half done, damaged frame in initial install. Been nothing but excuses, blaming the other manufacture of problem's. I've had to show up at their office to get answers because no one returns calls or emails. The worst experience we have even had with a company. Excellent and friendly service. They replaced two of my windows (approx 4 ft by 5 ft) in about 3.5 hours. The installers worked very efficiently and were precise in their measurements ensuring that the windows were perfectly level. This is shout out to service installer *** who replaced a damaged Verdun window yesterday. We had numerous s**** *** too many to mention with the incorrect windows being built and delivered. Each time taking time away from our lives to wait for delivery and finding out something was wrong. Part way through process *** came to do measurements and verify what was needed and he was able to transfer information to the manufacturers who finally got it right, we were tired of having ***** blamed for s**** ***. Kye was our savior and Verdun should be proud of him. When we first purchased windows from Verdun had a pleasant experience not so much for after service.Verdun Windows and Doors
