      Freedom is the worst phone service provider in the world. Their customer service is very mean. I set up an account without any contract, but when account was cancelled, they didn't refund my top-up money balance. Their supervisor even suddenly cut the line and didn't want to talk to me. Their service is always not available in urban area, and you only can use it in Edmonton and Calgary. * ******* ** *** *** ** *******

      I was on chat with a Freedom representative for 6 HOURS yesterday because my apple watch's cellular data does not work. The issue presented itself in March 2022 and it still has yet been resolved although they are taking money from my account. Not 1 person was competent enough to follow ***** Support's recommendations to help resolve the issue.

      I tried to upgrade my new phone to Freedom Mobile plan today (02/06/2022). BIG MISTAKE! They demanded deposit $50 + tax paid by my debit card in addition to all my personal info before proceeding
      They seemed *************** unable to connect to their "network", blaming my phone and wanted me to buy their phone. They claim they will send me a check in 10 days by mail to return my $50.

      ******************************* I got a phone on a two year plan. The phone is defective and I can't keep service for more than 5 minutes without having to remove and replace the SIM card. I bring it back and I am given a couple of numbers of repair places that I am supposed to call to see if they repair the model I have, then bring it to said repair place and go without a phone while it gets repaired. Absurd. It is under warranty - they should be the ones running around to have it repaired while providing a loaner phone OR just replace the **** phone (I wouldn't even object to a slight increase if I got a better phone).
