      I have been a longtime customer was promised a 40,00 credit and never got it. Was cutoff 3 times by sales/customer service.

      I purchased your big Gig Roam, before traveling to Austria and Italy ( have my tickets to prove). After a few days I get a notice of $107.98 extra. When I called to find out why, I was told that it was charges from Australia???. I explained that it is supposed to be Austria and not Australia. You can clearly see that calls were made from Vienna (Austria). Even though they admit to the mistake, I still have to pay for their mistake. This isn't fair. I should get everything back. Thank you for your attention to this.

      Not honouring a upgrade on my phone with changing my plan. I went to a kios mobile shop 2430 Dougall Ave Windsor on. Signed an agreement on my monthly plan and discount which included my original plan. When I received my bill from freedom they changed my original plan and charged me additional fees . I have up graded before two years ago with no issue with keep my original holiday plan when freedom was originally Wind

      they are refusing to help me even though i am an authorized user on the account. bought the phone/sim card. pay the bill each year with my credit card. They still refuse to give me the information i ask for, make changes to my account or even give me an explanation as to why an authorized user on the account would even exist. given they have zero control of the account. Useless. Changing phone company soon as my 8 months are over.

      ********** ******** ******* **** *** ********* ** ****** * ********* * ******** *** *** *** ******* **** ****** **** *** **** ** ********. I just got a contract, 6gigs for $50 last month. This month $50 is 20gigs, CSR DONT CARE, don’t offer help or enhancement. Also before I signed contract, I was pay as you go and I had just paid a new month when I decided to explore a contract and they didn’t mention that pay as you go is not refundable, not even as a credit towards contract 1st invoice. All they cared about was getting the contract signed and rid of you for next sucker on the line. **** ******* ** *********** ********. I will be calling them to buy me out of contract and get rid of them.

      Very bad connections. They ***** **** ****** *** won't provide a refund, even when they are aware they are wrong. Took 3 months of them ******** money from my account, and many calls to disconnect. I was told they didn't talk to me because they had no record on their computer. **** *****

      For a year and eight months, I didn't have any problems and I always recommended Freedom's services to my friends. The problem started when I was offered a promotion to upgrade, a good discount, so I accepted and upgraded my wife's lines and mine. They charged me for a connection fee, even though I've been a customer for almost two years. The problem is in the contract I signed where it says "Connection fee $0.00. I contacted customer service by phone, via message and lastly I went to a physical store, Everyone told me that every time I upgrade my account this fee is charged and one of them told me that there was really a confusion with my contract but still he can't do anything. I had no alternative but to cancel my account, because if they cannot fulfill what is written in the contract, I am afraid of the that they may charge me in the future, since the contract signed with Freedom mobile has no veracity and they do what they want. Very frustrating, I had never been through this situation in my life, signing a contract with the company simply ignore the contract issued by itself.

      ******* ****** ****** *** *** ** ********* *** *** **** **** *** They can tell customers one thing and then when the bill comes, the customer is told "sorry, it was a mistake! you can return the phone or keep it and pay for it under the 'correct' monthly amount", leaving the customer having to pay for a phone one way or another. Either continue the financing or buy one outright from somewhere else. And this seems to be a 'reasonable' solution. ** *** ***** **** ****** *** ******* **** *** ** ** ******* ****** *** ********

      I have been with Freedon Mobile for about 12 year, never a problem, for the last three bills I am getting extra charges Freedom claims that some call and text are switched to national line. Have never been notified of such thing rep told me that a supervisor would contact me 12 days still waiting

      My phone was out of commission for 24 hours. Today I took it to a Freedom Mobile store in London, Ont. [Oxford and Wonderland]. Most helpful tech resolved my problem. Connectivity/network issue that I certainly do not have the tech knowledge to know how to fix. Thought it worth sending a positive review which I find fewer occasions to do these days!
