      Freedom mobile ** ********, they charge for services I didn’t use, I do not owe them money, I did not have a plan contract with Freedom, I was on a month to month basis, every month the service got interrupted until I went into the office and paid for the month, they have a corporate ***** mentality, and when a customer doesn’t bow down to their ******** they hire collection agencies to ***** you on their behalf. **** ***** *** ***** ********

      ******* ** *** ***** ****** ******* ** ******* **** **** ******** *** ***** **** ***** ********* ****** Couple weeks ago I travelled back home to attend the memorial fourties mass of my sister. I stayed 9 days. Once I arrived to my home airport, I received email that there’s $90+ extra charges as the phone started rooming !!!! As I didn’t ask for this and I didn’t need it as my family prepared local SIM card to use during my sad stay. I sent many complaints to waive the extra charges immediately with no response. When I returned back to Canada, I called and ** ************** *** **** customer service providers gave me $8 discount for the funeral!!!!! I said this is not the funeral, my concern is I did not start rooming my phone as I DID NOT NEED IT. Then he gave me 50% off ?? what customer service is this?! When the bill due, I’ll pay only my regular payment. This was not the only problem happened with this very bad mobile service. ***** ** **** ***** **** **** **** ****** ****** ********

      **** *** **** ** ****** **** ******** **** *** ********. They okayed my service cancelation, then because I didn't remember my PIN number from years ago (which I tend to only use 2 pin numbers), they say, "Oh, I'm sorry, we can't cancel it (they knew I was up north.

      Terrible customer service phone cuts out in tunnels,basements and connection is spotty at best outside the city 30 days after I signed a contract the exact same plan dropped by over 300.00 dollars over the 2 year contract when I asked for some assistance the agent just ran me in circles until I gave up

      I have been with Wind/Freedom 14 years. I went on the website to find a location to get a phone upgrade. The location was closed so I went to 3 location in a different city and none of the locations had any stock in. One location had the doors locked and would not open because he literally had no stock. I called customer service to complain about the ******* **** behaviour from the store at ********* and she hung up on me. I called customer service to see where we can go to buy a phone and was hung up on. I keep getting calls to upgrade my phone and all the mytab credits I have but I want to walk in the store and walk out with a phone. I do not want to order online. I have more phonelines on my account than just mine and evidently Freedom does not care. I was looking to add another phone line but I chose a different phone company for the new line. I used to rave about Wind and tell my friends whom many switched over. I now feel bad about it; it has plummeted and I will be the next to leave.

      Worst provider ever .it does not work anywhere .they promise a refund and after you port out in 2 days they decline to refund money shameful

      Tried to cancel for my mom who is in nursing home and does not get coverage there after explaining it to the first person with no issues the cancellation team was as **** as can be and would not cancel unless speaking to her which she can not ** *** * ****** ** *** *** *******

      Absolutely the worse mobile provider! If I could give a negative star rating then, that would be an accurate assessment of their worthless service. The data never work when I was in the North end of Markham which was unbelievable and they were always charging me for long distance calls that I never made. They would not help with the interminable spam calls I was receiving and after a few years ** ***** I finally left. I would never EVER use them as a mobile provider in the future.
