    Hello My name is *****, I live in *** ***** ***** Blvd, Halifax. * ********* ********* ********** ******* ** ****** *** ** ******* *** ********* ******. Ivy, Vern and Michelle, are exceptional superintendents/ property managers. They are approachable, reliable, and available. The apartment building is clean, well maintained. We had such a well attended Christmas Holiday pot luck dinner in the common room, we had to extend the party to include the lobby. This was an excellent way to meet other tenants in the building, fostering a positive living community for all who live here' everyone felt welcomed. * ********* ******* ******** *** ***** ****** **** ********* ***********

    Roaches , pidgeon feces , " have photos & videos " , construction noises in the middle of the night , lack of communication , misleading statements . Sad because I really like my place ... but still hopeful someone will put their pants on . Now I'm waiting for the usual patronizing excuses & fake apologies ... please spare me .

    My name is *****.
    I have absolutely great experience with Hazelview properties in ********* Avenue,Richmond Hill, Ontario.
    I have elderly Father and he lives by himself in the apartment for the last 8 years. I am always around and helping him out for everything he needs.
    And I can tell how the property management is taking care of the tenants and apartments.
    Is something will happen, they response on very first call and try to help right away.
    Year ago it was accident in my Father's apartment ( flooding) and management fixed it in several days, installing a new carpet and making space new and clean.
    My Father loves to live in that building, it is great community, everyone is treated like a family.
    It is very clean in the hallways of the building and areas outside of the building.
    Thank you very much for such a good taking care of the tenants and especially the GREAT THANK YOU to the superintendent Brenda L.
    She's such a good person!!!
    She takes responsibility for any problem and taking care of that like it her own problem.
    She goes above and beyond on her duties as a superintendent and in fact, she saved my Fathers'a life several times by being there on time, when he needed help.
    She is very professional and kind person.
    We are very lucky to have her as superintendent in my Father's building.
