  Due to mobility issues which I have we decided to check out walk-in tubs and my husband and I were very impressed with the attention we received from *******. We are extremely pleased with our purchase..it is exactly what we need. ******* was very knowledgeable throughout the installation and very capable of resolving any issues along the process. He completed the work to perfection..the tub installation, wall repair, etc.Thanks to ******* we now have a perfect bathroomdue to his precision and careful work.

  We were looking for a good quality tub and after researching found this company and things have been great. The service was excellent all our questions were answered and tub was installed in timely manner. Was always easy to get in touch with them when needed for planning etc. and any other last minute questions. The time was taken to discuss all our needs and wants and we received proper advice on what would work best for us. We highly recommend if you want great prices, service and support.   A little over 10 years ago we did a major reno to our house and we put a large spa tub in our ensuite which I enjoyed a lot. Time past, I got older and developed cancer which led to a lot of pain and loss of mobility. I had great difficulty getting into my tub and could not get out without assistance. This restricted my ability to use the tub for therapeutic purposes so we looked at putting in a walk in tub. We contacted Walk In Tubs Ottawa who responded very quickly to our request for information and we agreed on a demo and remodel of another bathroom to accommodate a walk in tub.We were pleased with the design and reconstruction of the bathroom and the new tub is an important part of my ongoing treatment. The therapeutic benefits of the tub are invaluable to my ongoing comfort and maintaining my mobility and the fact that I can access the tub on my own helps me maintain my independence and dignity.************

  We were looking for an option to make bathing our disabled adult daughter easier for all involved. We contacted Walk in Tubs Ottawa and ******* called right back. We went to look at a few options in the showroom and on recommendation selected to transfer tub. Very tight time between selection and install which is almost unheard of these days. Work was done over two days and installers were excellent. Clean and precise. Bathroom was left looking like new. Our daughter loves the walk-in tub and much easier for ** to bathe her. Should have done this years ago. I would absolutely recommend Walk in Tubs Ottawa. ******* knows this business and how to take care of customers.

  We recently renovated our two bathrooms to install a walk in tub in the first bathroom and a walk in shower in the second bathroom. I contracted Walk In Tubs Ottawa to do this job. ******************************* the owner is knowledgeable, hands on, friendly and straightforward to deal with and is very trustworthy. ***** the installer is excellent and does his work with precision and attention to details. Despite lots of demolition and installations ***** didnt leave any mess behind. At the end both jobs were done to our complete satisfaction.

  I was hesitant at first to deal with Walk-in Tubs Ottawa as I confused them with another Ottawa company which also sells walk-in tubs. At our first encounter ******* guided ** in making the best selection for our needs - matching ** with the right tub without an upsell. ******** was as promised and ******* provided helpful suggestions during the self-installation. He was also very responsive to any questions that I did have and ******* continues to reach out periodically to make sure that we are satisfied with our tub.My wife and I are impressed with the tub and its micro bubble and hydro therapies.   We are totally impressed words cannot express the way we feel both my husband and I. The work was more than professional the product is totally number one in the field.The contractor and his employee were the best I have ever had in my home very polite, very neat and tidy and never left any garbage all done exceptionally over and above. Work done over and above the quote we were given was fantastic they put in a new door frame and painted it also gave me an extra part for the tub a foot shelf to help clean my feet which I enjoy. Thanking you for a very professional job exceptionally done.

He took the time to understand our needs every step of the way - from our initial interactions, to selection, installation, and follow-up. As a person with a disability, what I appreciated the most was that ******* made no assumptions, and listened to us to make sure we could safely and comfortably use our new tub.   After I carefully investigated alternate suppliers of Walk in Tubs, I signed with WalkInTubOttawa and my high expectations were exceeded when ******* completed the installation. ******* carefully reviewed what he would do in my bathroom and reassured me that my perfectly good bathroom tiles would not have to be removed. He was right. He set up an appointment time and said all work would be completed in two days. He would have met this commitment if it hadn't been for a slight delay in the electrician. No matter, it was a pleasure working with *******. He did lots of extra things, i.e. moving my new medicine cabinet and reinstalling in a different location. His workers, one plumber, one helper and one electrician were pleasant, and very professional. He quoted an excellent price and lived up to it. He also used high quality faucets, shower heads etc. I highly recommend contracting WalkInTub Ottawa and ******* who oversees all work. We also found ******* very pleasant and nice to have in our home.

We had the walk in tub installed due to mobility problems and our desire to stay in our condo as long as we can. The installation of our tub went extremely well and the finished product is wonderful.
