Buying a walk in tub is very frustrating because everything is online. ******* has a showroom with several models that you can sit in and actually try out which is wonderful. As well ******* is very knowledgeable about his products, will customize the tub to suit you. He is pleasant and will return your phone call promptly. Our tub is amazing

Recently I was able to take a ' test run' of a new Transfer tub that Walk in Tubs Ottawa has recently began to sell as one of the models for the company's recent photo shoot. This walk in tub feels very well built and sturdy with a tight closing door and no vibrations even with strong jets turned on full blast. It provided me with with a relaxing and comfortable bathing experience in a very deep - up to my neck soak - enhanced by pink mood lighting - or a vigorous massage from multiple jets. I preferred the lower setting of the water jets for my smaller muscles, but if you have big muscles or want a strong massage the jets can accomodate that too very well. Years ago, in 2012, I had ***********************, the owner of Walk in Tubs Ottawa build me a custom shower - I wanted a shower that had enough elbow room to let me have a comfortable shower without bumping into any side, even with my eyes closed. My 7' x 2.5' shower has functioned perfectly ever since. I know from experience that **** does excellent work on every project he touches. I know about his attention to technical details, the high quality of the products he sells, his many years of ***************************** experience and his dedication to making sure his customers are happy with their purchases. This is why I strongly recommend any walk in tub he sells - especially the new Transfer tub I had the pleasure of trying out in a recent fun photo shoot.Walk-in Tubs Ottawa

***************** BATH LIFT We just purchased a ************ bath lift after researching various options to assist my wife with bathing. Walk-in Tubs Ottawa provided the bath lift including installation at our home which is over an hour from Ottawa in a somewhat remote area. The ***************** **** lift is a quality piece of equipment made in ******* for more than 20 years and works very well. The installer was very professional and answered all our questions. We just purchased a walk in therapy tub from Walk In Tubs Ottawa. The product and workmanship of the installers was first class .We are aging and find that this product from this company was exactly what we were looking for Mu husband is just starting to have some mobility issues and playing golf twice weekly needs this type of massage water soaking to help with the sore muscle aches. When my wife and I were looking into getting a walk in tub for our home. What we found was for the high dollar value that you are spending to purchase a walk in tub, there are next to none or very little locations in the Ottawa area that you can actually see the product you are purchasing in advance. We were lucky enough to find Walk In Tub Ottawa online and called. We met ******* that very same late afternoon, he was leaving early the next morning for a trip out of town. Even with him leaving to go out of town in hours, he agreed to meet with us at his unit and we're able to see a number of different models and discuss the options with him. He was more than accommodating to our requests, he even followed us to our home after our visit to view our bathroom and discuss models and the installation process.even though he was leaving the next day. We found him to be very thorough, honest and reliable upon our first meeting. So after reviewing and researching online for another week or so, we decided to go with Walk In Tubs Ottawa. He had an extremely competitive price, high quality product and we appreciated him taking the time and effort to answer all our questions, absolutely no pressure from him, as we seem to get from other similar companies. Our experience with Walk In Tub and ******* has been nothing short of excellent. Everything he promised, from pricing to installation and quality has been bang on. He even followed up a few days after installation and also dropped by to ensure we were completely satisfied. The installers he employs are fantastic,they care about their workmanship, take the time and care through out the complete installation process to ensure your happiness.I would not hesitate to highly recommend Walk In Tub Ottawa and *******.*** CWalk-in Tubs Ottawa

On voudrait remercier ***************************** pour l'excellent travail effectu dans notre salle de bain : la pose d'un bain porte et l'installation d'une douche adapte. Le rsultat est vraiment superbe. Il a t beaucoup notre coute et a ***** rpondre nos attentes.
