    When they took our building over it was a nice change from the previous management because they were actually attending the repairs and maintenance around the property, maintenance requests were actioned in a timely manner and the management/administrators could be reached directly. If I remember correctly, it has been a little more than a year and things have gone downhill quickly. Although I have to admit it is nice that somebody can be seen cleaning up around the property every so often but there are much bigger issues here that are not being addressed. There is flooding in the basement every couple months and we run out of hot water more and more often lately. We've submitted multiple work orders/maintenance requests and nothing has been done for weeks. When we try to contact management, administrators or even the emergency hotline it is extremely hard to get a hold of anybody at any time. When you finally get to speak with someone they say "It's not my job but I'll try to help you". Each time they give a false impression that they will take care of things and reach back out to us but of course that doesn't happen. When we try calling back we never reach the same person twice in a row. We have to keep calling back and explaining the same issues over and over again and each time we are given the same spiel of "It's not my job but I will try to help you.". If you're not already renting a unit under CLV Group, do yourself a favor... Save yourself the headache and find a unit that is managed by a better company.

    These people are unprofessional.They took one week only to decline me - despite a strong guarantor. They took one week to return my deposit, after first telling me I'd have to drive 400km to pick up the check in person.They then refused to tell me why I was declined. Under ******* Law, a landlord must tell a rejected applicant if it was a declination because of financial information or consumer credit bureau reports. They refused.Avoid this company at all costs. (And it WILL cost you. They charged me $59 just to send them their deposit to apply and didn't refund that $59.Scumlords from all reviews I've seen. I'm thankful they declined my application or I'd be living with bed bugs and incompetent management staff.
