  Tire warranty is a **** the manager openly admitted that they have no licensed mechanics or tire people on-site just employees with supposed training. Brought tire in to repair a puncture (as that's covered by them through the warranty. They immediately tell me there's uneven tread wear on the tires and after only a year are somehow bald. After 2months of hell trying to get costco s higher ups involved I call the American costco customer service and loan behold she directs me right to people I've been trying to reach but getting told don't have contact info. Long story short Manger refuses to do anything even after I have taken my vehicle to real mechanics and wouldn't ya know it cars fine tread wears is even and tires are still good ?? only the flat one needs a fix which luckily their michellin defenders and after contacting michellin and letting them know what happend they gave me a new warranty and a case number and told me to take mare carbto a reputable company and they would be more than glad to fix costco issue for them. -1/5 stars costco 6/5 stars michellin tires

  Love my Costco warehouse and based on my positive refund/issue service there, chose to use Costco Services to provide and install countertops, backsplash, sinks, taps in my kitchen and bathrooms. I beg you - purchase at warehouse, but DO NOT use any of the services that are advertised on the wall by the exits - travel, countertop installations, etc. They use third party contractors - FLOFORM COUNTERTOPS - that were the most UNPROFESSIONal company ever. When I tried to contact Costco Installation at the email on my contract, it bounced back as out of service, so I called the number listed on my contract, which is a call centre and no one there can actually address your issue but they assure you it will be passed along to a Manager who will call you. Three times I called and I have never received one callback. I finally had the Manager of my local warehouse contact them on my behalf and after him sending two emails I got a call. I was told to put my issue in writing. I send many emails as I had many issues. No response has ever been received and when I sent my final email, more than 8 weeks after jobs should have been completed, I was told file was closed. No email addressing or even acknowledging my concerns. They are terribly overpriced, you have to pay upfront, and there is absolutely not support or service so save yourself the stress, lots of money and go anywhere else.

  Received an email on Monday, January 2, 2023 from Costco Wholesale about a Ghostbed Fusion ****cm hybrid mattress with adjustable base queen size priced at $1399.99 after $1100.00 off. But when you open it, it shows a price of $1999.99 after $500.00 off. When I sent this to Costco I was told to check my cookies that this was an old email. If you looked at the item description from that email, the date says valid 01/02/23 to 01/29/23

  Went away to ****** in march threw Costco and what a nightmare called Costco and we are now September still not resolved poor service and will never book with Costco travel ever again!

  I have normally received ***************** from any and a. Costco's in Canada however I have noticed from the start of Vivid to even neither of the Costco's in Halifax or ********* ** will answer their Administration line at any time of day or evening. I Even called the pharmacy and give a message to the warehouse Manager to call me and still No Call. What in the world is going on here???
