      Hello,Myself ************************* , I would like to register a complain about your Employees *** and **** who were present at **** center (propane station) at location **********************************************. I was there around 8:15 PM yesterday Jan-8th **** to fill my gas propane tank. I buzzed the buzzer. The guy came out to fill tank told me his name as *** (not wearing name tag). He told me he will tear off all yellow sticker from my propane tank to fill gas tank which has all safety information. I asked him why he wants to rip my tanks yellow sticker. He told me its our Policy. I asked him, I get this tank filled from several other location at Costco, but no one has raised any concerns. I have all receipts with me. If this is a policy, it should be enforced at all locations. Also, I noticed, in lock up he filled up many tanks with yellow trader sticker on them. I took picture for reference. But he could not answer my question why he filled other tanks with same stickers but refusing to fill my propane tank. He asked me very rudely to leave. I asked for manager, he called a guy name **** who introduced himself as Store Manager which I dont think he was. Also, it was not mentioned on his name tag. I asked him to show me such Policy of Costco to remove yellow safety sticker from propane tank. He told me he doesnt have any written policy and he is not liable to show me any policy. I must take his words, or he will not fill propane and asked me to leave. But when I questioned him why he had filled other tanks in his own lock up and denying me, he had no answer. This answer made me feel discriminated and his behavior was racist towards me because they were not able to show me any policy and refuse me to serve but others were welcome to fill propane with same sticker on. I would like Costco ************** to investigate the matter.

      Dear Costco Team, I am writing to express my disappointment re the customer service for my purchase online which totaled about 7K on December 29, 2023. when I put my order on December 29, 2023, I entered the wrong address, then cancelled and made another order with the correct address. Even I cancelled the order right away, only 1 item shown as cancelled, the other items on the order shows as cancel request submitted. What happened up to today, is 3 out of 5 items on the cancelled order was shipped and I have to call back multiple times to request the cancellation. Because my updated order and cancelled order (which not actually cancelled) are both reflected on my credit card, also there should be discount applied to the bundle sale, it created a loss mess for me to tie my order price to my credit card. I understood the reason now. Today on 01/05/2024, I tried to tie out the amounts charged on my credit and the order amount, and was not able to reconcile and thought that the order discount has not been reflected on my credit card. so I called and spoke to 5 people including one supervisor. the first guy is very impatient and told me the discount has been applied to each items although I told him the amount on my credit card does not tie my order. I called back again and asked the second guy to pass the call to the supervisor. The supervisor is helpful and explained to me the reason why the amount not ties. I am good with it. After the call, I noticed one item on my cancelled order was shipped on 01/03/2024, I called back again, the lady I talked to ask me to hold on phone, but the phone was hanged on after 30s. I called back again and talked to another lady. She helped to cancel the item and requested the refund. She told me I can also email rather than call every time since calls will take more time. she told me where to find the email when I asked, but her tone was full of sarcastic and made people feel very unpleasant. it did not end up a happy call

      Warentee. Is hard to talk to people. Impossible. Some ideot *** me because I haven't been a never in the last 6 months my 3 year extended warentee. Is void. I'm on the first year of my 3 year warentee called before they have all recordes one office. Gave me all the information. They call them selves the contcheares department. At cosco. First one ask me for recest for tv. That they do have on file second called back some one told me it's linked to my account didn't need a receipt. Then I get put back on conchearescdepartment got all information etic. They ask me for itom number I gave it they tell me it's not the itome number. Naw geting really ****** off. I call back to customer service they conferm the otom number is indeed. The one they gave me Then I talk to gal. Agen. Nice gal. Stated that I could return. Tv to store and would put a not in I take my big 65 inch tv back to cosco and cosco stated nothjng. Naw was just on phone to cosco. Agen. To put a complaint. Agents this And geting the run around agen what vulkshit customer service is this c***

      Dear Costco **************** Team,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an unfortunate experience I encountered at your store, specifically with a sampling staff member in the refrigerated foods section.On Nov 20, 2:10pm, I was shopping at your **********************************) store. While passing by the toast and meat samples near the milk and refrigerated foods section, I approached to try a sample, as they appeared ready for tasting. However, the staff member managing the samples reacted extremely rudely to my approach. She told me that it was "her kitchen" and questioned if I would like someone taking things from my kitchen without permission.I was taken aback by her tone and manner. As a customer, I was unaware that the samples were not ready for consumption. A simple explanation stating that the samples were still being prepared would have sufficed. Instead, her approach was confrontational and unwelcoming, which not only embarrassed me but also created an uncomfortable atmosphere.The display of the toast and meat samples on paper trays gave the impression that they were ready to be sampled. Her claim that this was "her kitchen" was not only inappropriate but also startling.I believe that customer service should be a priority, and the behavior of this staff member was not reflective of the high standards I usually associate with Costco. I hope this incident will be addressed appropriately to prevent future occurrences of such unpleasant experiences for other customers.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a response regarding the actions taken in response to this complaint.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.Sincerely,

      for a fridge instead of a microwave. I gave them the wrong order number because I had vision problems due to the medication I was on and noticed the error right away. Tried for two hours to rectify the issues. Because I purchased the item online with my ***** when they tried to recharge me it did not work. Even though I tried several times to fix the error with ***** Costco customer service and go went back in person to repay for the item it didn't work. I was days away from back surgery and in alot of pain and risked getting sick and having my surgery postponned, going back there in person, and they banned me. Worst experience ever and they blamed me for the whole thing on me. I have filed a complaint with the ********** Services in March and I still have not heard back after following up several times. I can't believe that is how they treat disabled people.

      I have shopped at the Costco store in ********** for years but this the first time that I have been insulted with the companies lack of contact and caring. I was hit with a low base cart by a customer from behind and knocked on to the concrete floor. The person said he didn't see me that was really impossible. The first aid person was polite and helpful but when he asked the manager to sign of the report the manager within the first 5 minutes said it is not Costco's responsibility because it is between the clients. He said he will get someone to contact me the next day to see if I was okay. That never happened!!! I followed up with this to the main head office in Canada 10 days ago and still no contact. I am planning an article for the daily news paper and posting on ******** and Instagram. I am also questioning why an individual can push this major low trolley through a crowded area without a staff member overseeing it.

      I want to complaind about one of the costco staff at ********* location.I was shopping for instacart.I have 2 orders.I was done shopping and tried to checking out.I showed to ****** first customer's membership code and she scanned. she starting scanned items...so I told her I have 2 orders... I pointed that second order items and told her just one of case water and 3 case of Gatorades are second order and other items all for the first order. So she canceled that and she starting scanned for the first order items. I thought it she scanned everything for first items except water and Gatorade.. and i paid for the first order. And she scanned items for the second order but she scanned more than I mentioned.I told her already 3 times for the second order's items are only just 1 case of water and 3 case of Gatorades...just 2 items.and she scanned wrong again..so I told you so many times only 2 items are second order.she looked at me and said no you didn't say that.so I said..no i told you so may times already. and she said again no you never say that.she was keep saying I didn't say that. and I said No I told you..and she said maybe your language problems..waht???? how come you say like that..this your confused and mistakes..she keep said 3~4 more times maybe your language problems.I can't believe that staff can say like that even people who can't speak eglish?..this is absolutely her fault and mistakes. I attacked my heart I was racist discriminated against.she called manager to figure out this situation. but she also confused and scanned wrong same like first ******..so I told manager again which one is second order items.and she scanned right one finally.and I can finished my purchase.I was so busy at the time that I had to go quickly.one of other supervisor little helped me to listen but after I couldn't control to calming down my heart braked and my mind.I feel so horrible all day that day and so far...

      Garbage customer service. I've been shopping at this Costco store nearest to our home for some time now and this is the first that I've had a worse-than-usual interaction with store employees and policy (if it even was store policy). My brother and I requested separate receipts and after the conversation, we were denied service? Huge violation on their part, so best believe no one in our family(ies) will ever shop at one again

      Ordered a fridge on costco.ca upon delivery horrible experience, property damage. Costco never gave a call back, had to go to warehouse and spent 11 days trying to track down a rep that would assist with the return. The fridge didn't work from the day of delivery till 2 months just got taken out of our home after pleading for it to be gone. Been living out of cooler bags with a portable ice maker and mini fridge, as they still to this moment have not returned the funds to purchase a replacement fridge. Our fridge medications were spoiled the reps and supervisor were not compassionate and still trying to get funds to replace for a new fridge as we just got the space opened up to get a working fridge in.
