      This company ** * ***** I’ve been waiting for my funds for a month and they are of no help. First, someone will tell you one thing and then another person will say something else. I’m forced to pull out a line of credit last minute because the fees is due on august first and they’re still beating around the bush. **** ******** *** **** *** ****** *** **** **** *** ***** ******** ****** **** ***** **** ********

      *** ****** ******** *** ***** ***** ** *** ****** This has been the most frustrating thing I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Weeks of being put on hold for hours. Going to the mailbox every day looking for a cheque that’s not even put in the mail. *** *** *** ********* **** **** ********** ***** **** *****  This has been so hard ** ** ****** ******!! It’s thousands of dollars I’m owed….??????

      I'm still failing thier new online digital activation for login. I have contributed for 18 year with Knowledge Financial, now I have to withdraw my son's tuition fee until August. I've contacted by callings, emailings, chatting so many times for a month, but they just reset nothing to solve specific error. Who is gonna responsible, if I couldn't pay my son's tuition fee??? You should've not made new activation just before mess withdrawals!!!!

      I have been trying to withdraw my son’s RESP for almost a month now. It’s been nothing but excuses. I sit on hold for HOURS to get a customer service rep to be told the same thing “you’ll have your money in 24-48 hours”. It’s been about 8 phone calls, several hours on the phone, and STILL NO MONEY. I have requested call backs, not one person has called me back. I have emailed them, Facebook messaged them, used the contact us form, and I’m ignored. My son needs to pay his tuition or he will be removed from his program. This is ridiculous!

      To date, I have been waiting 22 days for release of my funds, even though they promise a 48 hour turnaround. Embark provides NO updates or communication. The only way to reach someone is to contact them as they open for the day, otherwise the wait time is 2+ hours. I was not able to talk to anyone in a manager or supervisor role, or anyone who could take action on my request as "everyone is busy". I have serious doubts about getting access to my funds at this point. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to start an education fund.

      Hi, I have been trying to deal with this company since April to pull out the funds since I have a special needs son who is incapable of attending secondary education. Since June I have been really pushing to get my funds out. I am looking for my initial investment plus the dividend investment which is less than $5000. I keep being told that the cheque is in the mail even though my banking information is current. Each time I call I am told the cheque was not created because no one is buying the RESP stocks. Why are they not paying us out? They deposit thousands daily. There should be an amount ready for disbursement for these type of situations as well as payment that are legitimate for education. I finally supposedly, talked to a manager. I told her I want my cheque mailed priority post or ********* with signature upon delivery.       I have made a withdrawal from our RESP account on July 18/24 Followed all the instructions and after finalized, was advised funds would be credited to my bank account within 24-48 hours. I have not received the funds yet and am concerned something happed with the Crowdstrike global IT issue of July 19/24. I have sent an email and am also on an online chat....was advised an agent would respond and still no response. I am now on hold to speak with someone but on hold forever. Is there no actual customer service available? I am very worried I won't have access to funds and have a university deadline to send money....HELP ME!!!!!

      I am still waiting for the RESP funds to be deposited to my bank account. I called your office on July 23 and spoke with Chaniss and was told that your system takes 5 days to process withdrawals and that I can expect to receive the funds by this Thursday or Friday, July 25th or 26th. I called the office again on July 24th and spoke with Jordan who assured me that I would receive the money by the end of this week. My funds still have not been deposited to my Bank account despite 3 separate phone calls assuring me that I would receive the money by the end of this week. I have never been more disgusted in how your company operates. I have been lied to and now my RESP money is being held ******* while I am expected to pay university expenses for my daughter who will be attending university this September. * **** ** ***** ** **** ******* *** **** ** ********** *** ******* *********** ******* **** *** *** ****** ** **** ******* **** ** * ***** ****** ** I sickened at the thought that I will never receive my money. I need someone to call me ASAP!!!!!!

      They take the money every month from the account without an issue. BUT, once policy is mutured it is impossible to get in touch with them. I feel the company is a **** they are getting money from policy holders and from the government. I feel the reason they dont answer so they can keep your money for longer and where ever they have invested my money they make more profit on the side. ***** ******* * ** ********* ** *** **** ** ***** **** **** ******** **** **** ****** ******** ******** ******* * **** ** * ***** **** **** ******

      ** * ***** **** * ******** * ****** This company has THE MOST RIDICULOUS customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased ******** RESP when my daughter was six months old, now she is going to the university this fall. The ******** is now merged into embark.ca and I had experienced technical difficulty to create a new account on embark.ca. So I first called them last Friday but after almost 40 minutes of waiting there was no response and I had to disconnect to go to work. I also sent them an email but no action was taken from them. Now it is Wednesday and I am working from home so I am able to keep the phone connected. About 20 minutes into the wait the phone message announced I am the 13th in line and the wait time is 265 minutes! It also suggested using their online chat for faster and efficient response, so I did. You know what, at 1 hour and 20 minutes I am still waiting on both their phone and chat connection. If I was not locked by my daughter’s RESP, I would walk away from this business immediately!!!       Terrible customer service! Will not return phone calls, emails or chat responses. We wanted to make a withdraw *** ** ******** *** *******. Sent in all the necessary paper. Since 3 weeks we're trying to get a hold of them. ** ***** **** ***** ** *** *** ********* ***** *** *******. Are they running out of money? Can not book an appointment, get kicked out of the chat 3 times now. No answer to emails.
