- Additional Info:KFF is the distributor and administrator of the USC Education Savings Plans. RESP's are tax sheltered, so the income earned on deposits are not taxable while in the RESP and the deposits made are eligible for the Canada Education Savings Grant. The Federal Government will contribute a grant of 20% of the amount customers have deposited, subject to government limits.
