Complete nightmare since moving from Knowledge First Financial. I have been trying for 13 days - spending an average of 2 hours per day on hold, emailing, online chatting trying to get access to my own money. The email correspondence is the WORST I've ever experienced, instead of helping they send me promotions to refer a friend. I would never refer a friend to this company - they are about to force us to withdraw from university because they will not grant me access to my RESP. I will be exploring the options to withdraw all funds to invest elsewhere. ** *** ***** **** ******* **** ****** ** **** ****** they are currently holding $50,000 of mine but will not allow access because they don't feel my passport photo matches my face. * ** **** ******* *** originally was with Knowledge First and even prior, my account stated in 2004. I'm blown away with how horrible the customer service is. There is no manager to speak to and multiple attempts to withdrawal funds were denied. Even when done on the phone with a representative to ensure it was being done correctly with the right paperwork. I too am also concerned about getting my money.
