      In my area their feed is carried on ****** line. Internet down at least once a month. TV is streamed using a featureless Firestick instead of a traditional remote. TV reception is very poor, Image freezes, blurs and sometimes blacks out. Phone reception is poor. Customer service most of the time has no clue about fixing problems. When I asked for a credit for my TV services because of poor reception, Customer service said only tech support could authorize credit. When I talked to tech support they said only customer service can authorize credit.

      Worst cable experience. Don't be fooled by unlimited internet and high speeds offered - the service constantly freezes in the evening hours. You will be on hold forever if you try and contact them. Brutal.

      I had seen Altima’s terrible reviews online but my phone company ***** was promoting their service and so I thought , can’t be that bad. Trust the bad reviews. ****** ** **** **** ** ****. Internet has never worked. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. If you want to cancel good luck. I’ve had to resort to my credit card company for help.

      They’re ok at the beginning and then they start over charging specially if you add the TV service that sucks it freezes all the time took a while for them to get it started (about two weeks) and they have been trying to change for the that time too .. you have to speak to many customer service reps until you get someone that knows what they are doing .. they have been causing me a lot of anxiety.. don’t bother if you don’t want to spend countless hours on the phone with them .. to get no results too???? I would give them minus stars if I could

      My internet stop working after a week, I have called several times their customer service and they never answer, there is only a recording saying they will get back to me, but no one ever calls. I have sent several emails, nobody answers. I have to get a different provider to get my internet since I work from home. I am still waiting to hear back from them to cancel my services and they already sent me the first bill.

      I just signed up for Internet, TV & Phone in Ontario. The internet service is great, but so are other providers I thought I was signing up with *****, but it turned out to be Altima, based out of Quebec. I’m a senior with limited understanding of the setup process. They claimed they could not send a technician because I lived outside of Quebec (??). They talked me through the set up but nothing is working right, especially the TV. They have the worst customer service. You cannot reach anyone, on hold for an incredible long time, and when I leave a message, they never call me back. ****** **** ** *** *** **** *** *** **** *** ***** **** ** *****

      Already upset with Altima. I waited my 4 hour window for tech to arrive. No show!! Then I called Altima to see if a tech was still coming today. I was just told to wait in as they cannot contact their techs in the field. ***********  I asked for them to reschedule since I could wait no longer. Again told "just wait in because we cannot contact tech in the field". No idea when this install will happen now as I do have appts. I cannot wait longer!!

      ***** ******* ******* ******** ***** They take their time turning service on even if you've already paid a week in advance. Expect to wait a week or longer for service and calling a customer service **** *** ***** ******** *****. You'll lose service for not reason sometimes. There is all kinds of wrong with this company, I'm absolutely appalled that a ****** company like this is still in business. They clearly don't deserve it if they treat customers like throw away garbage.

      Bad Internet cable services, consistent daily disconnection that requires a manual reboot, I am talking 10s of times a day. Customer service is NEVER available, good luck getting the phone answered, your emails will always be ignored. Tech support is simply useless. ***** **** *******

      ** * ***** *** **** ***** * *****. Terrible terrible offering. Buffering issues, programs don’t record, wifi unstable no 4k channels. It’s horrendous. And trying to cancel is a nightmare. Should have known better than to go for something so cheap. You get what you pay for. **** ********
