      Worse service ever. Shows continually freezing, recordings not recording and when they do am unable to watch them. Every time I've called the same tired excuse comes out. "We are aware of the situation and our team is working on it". This has been going on for months. Do not recommend. ** ******** ***** **** ********** ****** *** ****

      I have cancelled my service back in September and i am still receiving bills as months go by. Since they make you pay a month in advance, they owe me the month of October. You guess it, i can't get my money back even i have returned their equipment. Not able to get answers from them. **** ***** terrible customer service. **** *********** ******

      Terrible service, we have hade this service since March and our signal keeps cutting out or freezing. Calling ever 3 or 4 days to complain , they keep on telling us to do this or that , nothing works. Finally last week they told us we need a booster,!just got it and two days later it’s freezing. What is going on with this service, terrible and unbelievable, I’m going back to cable, would not recommend this to anybody, waste of time and money !!!!!

      Honestly I can not believe the service they provide on the phone, **** **** *** ***** ** ******** ******* ******** ** *** **********, I been try to resolve a payment that was not clear to me or anyone else, since August I sent email's in with proof of what i was saying, with not a single supervisor or confirmation 2 months go by and today i called again and had some *** **** guy answer, the discussion got so heated he told me to "F OFF" and hung up. but prior to that he was telling me that i became their client as of Oct/1/23 when i was there client since Aug/1 when the transition went trough between **** and them. ******** **** ** *** ***** *** ******* ******* * **** **** *********** ** *** ***** **** * ***** ** ** **** * ***** *** **** ** ***** ******* ****** I never thought id say this, but **** is and angel company compared to them, and thinking of going back to them after this ordeal.

      ********** ****** Purchased in a bundle with ***** Security. Was given a price for the package but then find out the ***** Security wasn't included in that price so no real savings. Non existent service from Altima. Paid for 60/10 internet, got 5/10 for two weeks. TV was unwatchable freezing every 30 seconds. Calls to service went unanswered then its back to 60/10. Phone stops working. Service requests unanswered. Four days later, phone line is working but voicemail has disappeared. Certain channels on TV are no longer available. ***** security cameras require additional antennae hardware connected to your router and haven't recorded anything in a month. They continually lose connection but are only 15 feet from the antennae, yet my Ring cameras connect directly to my router and are 75 feet from my router without issue.

      Exceptionally poor customer service. They do not call back as promised. They do not respond to emails as promised. Telus should be ashamed of itself. I'll be getting rid of Telus (****** *** *****) as soon as current contracts expire.

      They are horrible!!! need to get apps on phone to hook up tv, can't get the three winnipeg news channels, just other provinces, can't figure out how to use the channel guide, can't find info online, can't get response from email or phoning cust service. if they would provide what they sell that would be great! this is absolutely horrible. \not to mention they promised they set up everything!! ummmm no they don't! i had to try and figure it all out. and couldn't. I'm furious i got sucked into this!

      ********** ******** ******** The internet constantly stops working. You call, wait 20 minutes and they say they will call back but never do. It is impossible to even cancel as you can't get a hold of anyone, so Iam paying for two internet services now because I need it for work.

      Without a doubt, the most *********** customer service of any company with whom I've ever dealt! Back in February 2023, I ordered internet service for my home. AFTER the equipment was delivered, I received an email saying that they actually couldn't provide service at that location and instructed me to return the equipment. I did so and they acknowledged receipt. Then the stupidity began! Every month, since then, I receive an invoice for "past due" payment on the account. I dutifully reply with the facts and they respond with an acknowledgement of their error and an apology. AND THEN THEY DO THE SAME THING THE FOLLOWING MONTH! I have just received the eighth illegitimate bill *** * ******* ** *** **** ** ***** *** ***** ********* ***** ***** ***** ************* ** **** ** *** ********** ** *** ******* ** ***** ******* * ***** ****** ******* ** *** *******
