      We had a previous service contract with a company called *******. Altima apparently took over their accounts without any written notice to us. After declining internet connections we switched over to another company in mid-November. We notified Altima in writing of our change in service, and now 2 months later they have sent a collection agency after us demanding payment for 2 months of service.

      Horrible service. Been having billing problems & they ignore your emails and phone calls go on forever. I've had to call in 20 times & every time I spend 1/2 hr on security questions.

      I dont need a phone line, been asking them to cancel my service asap, but so far my phone line still working, no word when they will shut it off

      Thanks to the competent and informed service technician for resolving very quickly how I could access the home voicemail after the process had changed. The notification email of the change failed to include the new password but the technician with whom I was promptly connected resolved the issue within seconds and took note of the issue of that missing information. First class service.

      Unreliable internet service and no customer support. It’s not even worth the cheap price. We lose service weekly with no support from the company.

      I just got called and asked them to send information by email. What I received was an activation link. I am thankful I did not hit the link. Very upset by the aggressive sales pitch that was requesting information about current services and landline. It sounds too good.

      ******* ********** ****** Altima Telecom, a TV provider which I thought was reputable has added a charge to set up a package. They didn't inform of the charge prior and we only found out after the fact.       It's horrible can't watch a show every two minutes it stalls.
