      My husband and I were very disappointed with the service of this company. Our AC was malfunctioning in August. They said it was a leak in the system, and would cost over $1000 to repair. So, we looked at the prices to replace.... long story summarized, it took them 4 days to finish a job that should have taken 1 day to do, and I am so frustrated that my husband and I had to take that many days off to take care of this problem. I learned 2 things: Always get a second opinion and always look up the company on BBB site! ***** ***** ***** *******

      We had a very old furnace and contacted aireone kw and they were here. We installed a new furnace and heating pump. Pat, Eric and Bill were so professional and explained everything in detail. * ********* *****

      Charlie and Chris were fantastic to deal with, and have in my home. They were professional and helpful, super efficient and communicative with me.
      Chris Helped me remove my doggie door and refasten if before he left, which was so helpful. He talked to me about his own doggie, and really made me feel comfortable having them here.
      He went above and beyond the scope of his own job, to make a hard job for me, much easier.

      What a headache this has been for me!!!!! I was selling my house and the buyer called this company in on the day of closing. The company **** *** said the furnace needed to be tagged and that it was going to cost $1500 to repair. They also said my brand new rented water softener was leaking... none of which was true and was pointed out when I got a second opinion from a reputable hvac company. Not only did this put huge emotional stress on me for an already stressful move, but every last thing this company stands for is corrupt!!!! My agent told me this company did the same thing to another one of her clients in December 2021 and when they brought another company in it didn't even need to be tagged. The world is already a cruel and ugly place at times. What if I wasn't informed enough and just paid this out believing it to be true without a second opinion. My money for my house was in trust for 3 days because of this bogus company!!!! *** ** * **** ** **** **** *** **** ** ***** **** ******* **** ******* **** ****** *****
