  Aire One makes no effort to contact customers. My credit card expired, and I forgot to call them and give them the new card info, that's entirely on me. Aire One didn't call me, or email me, or even send a letter to indicate I was in arrears. Instead, I got a surprise notice from a collections agency, a lien on my house, and a bunch of tacked-on fees. Aire One claimed they'd called me "several times", but my phone sits on my desk beside me all day, and there were no messages left. Again, they had my phone number, email address, and home address. No contact, straight to collections. Rather than keep me as a customer, they demanded I pay out my account, plus late fees, plus fees for the collection agency, plus an early termination fee. ****** ****** **** * ******** *** *** **** ** ****** **** ********* **** ********

  I have asked on numerous occasions to have a supervisor call me about an ongoing issue and have yet to have a call back. I have asked via email, phone and customer contact form. Their "customer service" is unacceptable *** **************.

  ** *** *** **** **** I went with Aire One because I had a furnace and air conditioning unit installed by them 12 years ago. Big mistake! They booked me in for an appointment between 7:00am-1:00pm, and never showed. When I called to follow up, they said the technician was delayed and would arrive by 3:00. At 2:55 a technician arrived. He advised me that it would cost as much to fix the unit as it would to replace it, and he offered to call me a sales consultant. The sales consultant came the same day. He really wanted me to buy a heat pump, even though my furnace works just fine, and he could give me no actual data or evidence that heat pumps save money on heating/cooling the home. He told me that if I bought the heat pump (which was 3 times the price of the air conditioning unit), then they could install it on Friday, but if I went with the less expensive option, then they couldn't come until the Tuesday. I felt sick about this. * ** * ****** ******* * **** ** ** **** ******* **** ** *****. I thought it was so dirty that they would try to take advantage of me this way. It has been a heat wave. We wanted the unit in as soon as possible. He said the earliest they could do was the Tuesday morning. I asked him what time on Tuesday morning, and he said I would receive a text with that information. I received the text on the Monday. It said that the technician would arrive between 12:00-2:00. NOT A MORNING APPOINTMENT AT ALL. By 2:00 no one had shown. I called to inquire, and was told that the technician was just finishing his last call, and would arrive within half an hour. At 3:45 I received a call that the technician was still at his last call and wouldn't be coming today at all. I said that was unacceptable, and they needed to send someone today. They said they would. At 6:00 the technician called and said he would come tomorrow morning first thing. This company must think that none of us work. They have zero consideration for people's time.

  With current government grant and our furnace aging over 13 years, also purchased through Air One. We decided to get a quote for an upgraded system. We had Technical Comfort Consultant Austin in our home to recommend a new system with quote. He was very professional, experienced and explained the new systems in detail for us to understand our needs for our home. Austin answered all of our questions and concerns so we were comfortable with our decision. We were not pushed into our decision and appreciated his professionalism. Our quote was on Tuesday and our system was installed on Thursday. Air One technician Florin was professional and fantastic to speak with. He took steps to make sure our home inside was protected, carpets and flooring. Even though he had a job to complete, Florin would take the time to explain certain steps throughout the installation with helpful suggestions to reap full benefits with our new system. We appreciated Florins honesty and friendly attitude.
