I have been a customer for close to a year I cannot say one bad thing about this company great customer service the one time I had to contact them the price can't be beat.. they also offer great incentives for customers and again you can't beat the price my last two bills that I received from one of the big companies were both over $300 unreal. I have been with NTH for about 5 years. I have had great response in customer service and he keeps us informed when service is going to be down or if there are any changes. I have not had any problems with the internet either. Even when our power came back on after Fiona, our internet was there.Review fromSharon K
