I been with the service for about 4 years. When I have a problem I find there rude, it’s says it’s open 365 days and to contact at anytime if you have a problem , Well today on Xmas 2022 just to let them know I sent my payment in to get my account unlocked and was treated very rudely, On there website it says customer service is very important, Well I got a text and it wasn’t a nice one. I understand it’s Xmas but when you read on the website and it says to feel free to contact and there all about customer service they really shouldn’t be rude and tell someone to go with another company, What kind of business is that. Anyways like I said all I was trying to do was let him know I sent payment and wish him merry Christmas and he was. So rude that he didn’t even wish me a merry Xmas that isn’t professional at all . In the New year I will go with another company that is respectful to there customers.Review fromJose V
