  I have been with this company over a year now and have had exemplary service and help whenever needed for any issue. Any know issues are promptly addressed and customers kept in the loop during the process. Highly recommend.

  I've been with Greg now for over 4 years. 4 actually with Tv. But finally got his internet back in February. And haven't been more happy. Great incentives he offers. And is always helping you when need too. Would definitely recommend his services. Top Notch.

  Greg from Freedomnth has always been extremely responsive to any inquiries. Resolutions are quick and Greg is very patient with us as we are not super tech people. I highly recommend Freedomnth as a four year, very satisfied customer.

  Fastest response ever. Always there to help. Quick to fix issues and even reinstate your acct when you continually forget to reload funds. Yup that's me. I do that a lot. And he's always there to help.

  I have been with the company since **** ****** was new, i have his live tv subscription. I just texted to ask why it suddnley went down and he called me, he asked my name and i told him. He then proceeded to SCREAM at me curse and swear at me he didnt know who i was, i have all the text messages of how rude and ignornat he was to me, talking to me like i was a dog!! Do not go with him, he says customer service is his main focus but it is in fact not, this iant the first time hes been rude to me, this time nope this was unforgivable, screaming at the top of his lungs at me. You want to see the text messages just ask ill show you them!!! I gave him my name, email and address he should have looked me up before he called me!! Disgusted!!!

  I’m sorry you feel that way. I always respond quick through text and calls. And even called you lot try to figure out the issue. But you yelled at me and belittled me. I do everything I can to help you, but when you’re frustrated, you tend to attack me. I wish you all the best in the future
