  Not a complaint but the outside ****** ********* Air Conditioning unit installed was much larger than anticipated.The Technicians were efficient, experienced, friendly, and very professional.They kept disruptions in the home to a minimum and did excellent cleanup during installation and upon work completion.The Office Staff were also very helpful and pleasant to talk with.I'm certain to use their services again in the future.

  Thomson Industries installed our Heat Pump last October. I would highly recommend Thomson to anyone thinking of installing a heat pump system.Our Daikin heat pump system includes an outside and five-room air conditioner unit. Our installer and his apprentice were very Professional and precise, not only in the installation but also in answering any questions from my wife and me. I also have to thank the office staff, in particular, ******, **********, and *******. They answered all our concerns ( which were minor ) and went out of their way to alleviate them.A particular shout-out to *******, who was so patient in helping my wife understand all our government rebates.

  Thomson recently did an annual inspection of our heat pump, furnace and tankless water system. They were courteous, efficient and thorough, discovered a small problem which they will fix. They arrived at their scheduled time and were completely unobtrusive.

  I have had no problems since I have chosen ******** Industries to install our new furnace in 2020. Professional and honest consult and did not try to upsell anything and sold me exactly what my house needed within our budget and offered monthly payments. The service technicians every year since have been friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I am so happy we decided to go with ********! Also very easy to deal with the business.
