    We had a new combi boiler installed in house by Thomson. Their quote is competitive and reasonable. Their technicians are professional and friendly, and responsive to any issue during and after installation.

    Very happy with the service provided for our Furnace, the technician arrived on time, reviewed work performed and any potential parts that *** require replacement in the next ***** months. Will sign up for their Home Comfort Plan and include our A/C unit, for annual servicing.

    Technician (******) arrived on time & was a very pleasant young man. He was very efficient & did his job well. It's a pleasure to have a trustworthy technician in our *********** a plus when they show they are happy in his job. ****** was very polite to chat with & answered any questions regarding the workings of the thermostat for the a/c & furnace. We have been well pleased with all Thomson Industries personnel who have done work in our home. Thank you.

    I must say "excellent job" on overall workmanship, timings,coordination and execution..Top shelf crew, was friendly, professional and marvelous.. I took a day off to observe the installation, very impressed about how all got unfolded. This is second insatations from Thomson and once again they kept the bar very high.Once the work completed crew briefed and explained the mechanics about the controls as well.Now it is time to see how the cool-air during the summer months.
