  All of the people I interacted with were polite and friendly but after a month of struggles and four visits from installers my A/C unit is still not operatingnot cooling, turning itself off. I am about to ask for a full refund -$10,500 for a system that didnt work from day one. Very disappointing. Im not sure if the problem is with the equipment or the training but my advice is DONT send an email. They never reply.

  ******** Industries came to our home to service a Daikin Mini Split unit. The service procedure and work ethic was above board. I had Volodymry, a 5 star technician, do work on our unit. He explained the service procedures and end result of the repair. The work was done on schedule and on time as they said it would be. I will be using ******** Industries again in the future as repairs were done to industry standards, and with a warranty.

  I booked a service call over 6 weeks ago. I called the office to confirm.I received an email from Thomson stating they would come to the house Dec 6 between 12 and 4.The technician never showed up. I waited for over 4 hours. No phone call, email or any explanation from Thomson.BEWARE if you use them.

  This company sold me on a heat pump that would get a $4,000 rebate from ******* ***** ******, then installed a model that did not qualify for that rebate. This caused us to pay $4,000 more for the heat pump than we should have. We have complained but they just don't reply.

  My neighbours recommended Thomson Industries to me and I have been very happy with their service from start to finish. They were also very helpful in advising me on applying for rebates.I would highly recommend them.

  I ************ was very happy with the service from the original visit from ******* from Thomson to the completion of my installation. I am in a strata and we first had to get approval for individual owners to install air conditioning. During the process, ******* demonstrated the heat pump for the strata which helped quell concerns about noise and quality. ***** and ******* installed the heat pump and did a superb job. They even vacuumed up any dust and rehung a picture for me that was too close to the head to another location. The electrical done by their contractor, Pacific Star, was tidy, concealed and top notch. I am extremely pleased with their service and appreciate their patience while our strata went through the process of getting the bylaw written and approved. Now I can enjoy my summer.

  ********* sales practices. Installed new heat pump, furnace and hot water system last year. Was written and quoted all the rebates, provincial and federal in order to convince me to go ahead. I went ahead with the $19,000 install and only received a portion of the rebates. I never received a phone call from a manager or the sales rep explaining what was going on. I had to keep calling for updates. A year has passed and I give up. I now just get bombarded with after sales service requests for maintenance. Its like rubbing salt in the wound. I am out thousands of dollars that I was not planning or budgeting to pay.

  From the estimator to the installers, we had great service. Living in a strata made the process a lot longer to get started, and they still stood by their original quote. The installers arrived on time, advised us of what they were doing and why, and were very pleasant. We would recommend this company without question.

  I have a new heat pump that is already paying dividends in this hot weather. Very efficient installation team. Friendly office staff to book the appointments and follow up as well to apply for relevant rebates. Excellent all round.
