      A ticket was opened 6 days ago regarding a package containing very valuable items that was marked as delivered. They even sent me a photo of the outside of my business as "proof of delivery." I have security cameras covering my entire property, and I can say with certaintyno package was delivered.Since then, Ive spoken to multiple representatives, all of whom assured me a supervisor would contact me within 2448 hours. That never happened. I opened a second and then a third ticket, and was told each time that the issue was escalated to a supervisor and that I would be contacted that same day. It has now been nearly a week and no one has contacted me by phone or email.This has been the worst customer service experience Ive ever had, not just in shipping, but in any business. Ive been ignored, given empty promises, and Im now out valuable items with zero accountability from this company. Im asking for this to be taken seriously and escalated to the highest level.

      We sincerely apologize for the experience youve had. There was indeed an internal issue with properly escalating your case to a manager, and we acknowledge that this should not have happened. Weve since alerted the appropriate manager to this failure.
      Were glad to confirm the issue was resolved on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 1:51 PM. That said, we fully understand how frustrating the lack of follow-up and delayed support must have been, especially given the value of the package.

      They deserve zero stars. My package has been in transit for days and then was delivered to the wrong house. By the time I was able to figure out which house it was delivered to (the house numbers werent even close to each other by the way) my package was gone. Stealing packages is very common in a city so to have my items not only delivered to wrong address, but stolen as well is incredibly disappointing.

      UniUni stated they made an unsuccessful delivery attempt of a package on 4/13 (a Sunday). I emailed them with detailed instructions for mailroom deliveries. They replied 4/23 and stated that they would make a second attempt within 10 days. As I had not heard anything more from the carrier (no updated tracking details), I emailed them 5/8 to inquire, and they stated that they could not make further attempts and that the parcel would be returned. UniUni appears to be a scam and a fraud. I am surprised that they are still in business with these poor practices.

      Was toldy package was delivered but never received it called to check on package. Found out they delivered it to wrong address and spent hrs on the phone of the next two weeks to lock package or get a refund. No luck they just say we will contact you in 24 hrs do not use this company for any delivery

      The customer service is very very poor. You have to wait a long time and they do not follow protocol. Im traveling and still waiting for my package. I called more than 5 times and no honesty. Its a shame. This company need to do better. I need my package ASAP

      I HAD A FAILED DELIVERY THE FIRST TIME MY 300$ WEAVE WAS THEN DRIVEN BACK TO THE BROKE DOWN WAREHOUSE. I THEN PROCEEDED TO DRIVE 45 MINS TO THE ****** LOCATION IN **, I WAS THEN TOLD THE WAREHOUSE WHERE THE PACKAGES WERE HELD MOVED TO A NEW WAREHOUSE BECAUSE THEY WERE PUT OUT OF THERE UNIT. SO THEY MOVED TO ANOTHER WAREHOUSE WITH MY 300$ WEAVE AND DIDNT EVEN NOTIFY ME OF THEIR MOVING!! I HAVE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET ***** THAT THEY CALL A LOST CERTIFICATE BECAUSE THE WAREHOUSE HAD REPORTED MY PARCEL AS MISSING, I NEED THE ***** TO SEND IT TO THE SELLER SO SHE CAN FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND RE SHIP MY HAIR VIA FED EX, THEY HAVE ALREADY MADE ME WAIT 14 DAYS FOR MY PARCEL AND THEY ASKED FOR ANOTHER 14 SO THEY CAN TRY TO LOCATE THE PACKAGE, I HAVE ALREADY PAID A DEPOSIT FOR MY HAIR TO BE DONE. IT IS MAY THIS ALL HAPPENED IN APRIL AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY HAIR OR THE LOST ***** CERTIFICATE FOR THIS SELLER OR A REFUND. IF I DONT HAVE A RESOLUTION BY MONDAY I WILL BE FILING A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK FOR MY MONEY AND I WILL BE REPORTING UNI UNI FOR THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! A SUPERVISOR MAY CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE OR I WILL BE FURTHER COMPLAINING.

      ****! ****! ****! BEWARE!!!!!!I ordered an item off of AliExpress on April 18. I got a delivery notification on April 25 that it was out for delivery. However, I realized the order never arrived. I checked the tracking number to see that the delivery attempt failed so I called their customer service on April 28. After being on hold for an hour, I was met with the most UNPROFESSIONAL customer service agent Ive ever dealt with who told me that the driver couldnt access the mailroom. HOWEVER, the delivery attempt was on a Saturday afternoon when my apartment building leading office/mailroom was open for business so I knew this was a lie. I was told my package would be redelivered the next day but received no call or delivery attempt. I also submitted a support ticket and was told there would be a new delivery attempt within ***** hours but I have still not received my package and there have been no new delivery attempts. It is now May 3 and I have had no success contacting this company. If you are a business, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And if you are ordering from a business and see this company as your courier, CANCEL YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY. I hope they are sued and go bankrupt and are never able to operate any type of business ever again.

      I have 2 packages that was supposedly an attempted delivery. Why would you deliever to an apartment complex at 9:30pm. Now my package has been out for delivery for 12 hours with no update. They do not follow delivery instructions nor call to help with the delivery if its a problem.

      Never delivered my package after saying it was "out for delivery" days in a row. Finally got a message late at night saying it was at a post office because it was "undeliverable." I live in a regular house on a regular street and get packages all of the time without problems. Now it's at a 'post office' but they didn't say which one and didn't give me any kind of tracking number to use to pick it up. ****************.

      I am so upset with this delivery company. They said my package was delivered and sent me a picture of a package in the locker box but there are no packages in my locker box. I tried to call them, waited on the line for about 30 minutes and nobody picked up my phone call. I tried to sent messages to them but it was not helpful.
