Very happy so far. Salesman was excellent! He warned us it could take a while for the install. We are not in a hurry. Gives us more time to save the money. Hoping the install goes as good as the sale!!!

This is a nightmare that will be going on 2 years. First the install, they wrecked all of our trim on the outside and refused to replace it. We had to get another contractor do that. Then the installer broke a piece of vinyl on the inside and didnt say anything just caulked it. After having multiple people here to inspect many complaints it is still not replaced. When winter came these windows leaked air like crazy!! You can feel the cold air just blowing in. Around the vinyl and where they spray foamed. My old windows didnt even do this. We purchased triple pane thinking this would be so much better, They ice up worse then my old ones ever did. When they sent someone to inspect he said there isnt room for enough insulation around the windows, that the spray foam doesnt go all the way through, the windows are too big for the openings. Then the manager comes out and he said h*** have to wait until next winter to see for himself. He agreed to reinstall not replace, one bedroom window because it wont even close properly, it sounds and feels like the window is open all the time. In the winter its just a steady breeze of cold air coming in. He said they will not need to remove the outside trim to do it and that they will just cut away at the wood window frame to make it fit better. This is insane. How will the window be sealed properly on the outside if you do not remove the trim and apply a proper seal? were going to have a rotted wall to deal with too. what kind of professional installer would recommend cutting away at the structure to fit a window that they got the measurements wrong for? We have had so many of their people here over the last 1.5years just looking at whats wrong and nothing has been accomplished. I went with this company because of all the 5 stars I read, but Im wondering if these are even Legit now because of the amount of problems and run around weve had. Please Beware and learn from our experience. These windows are not high quality.
