I bought 8 large windows and they were installed yesterday. The windows they put in were dirty with streaks and fingerprints. I asked them to clean the upper windows while the had scaffolding and ladders and I could do the lower windows myself. He said it was beneath him to clean windows. I told him I expected my expensive new windows to be clean especially when I could not reach the upper windows to clean them. He said if I expected clean windows I should have put it in the contract.Review fromNatalia S

Misrepresentation of the product (windows) both ways, on the website and by salesperson. The product (sliding windows) pictured on the Window Mart website does not match the reality. On the website the photo of the window looks like it opens inwards but it is not available in this position after installation. In this case we can say Don't believe your eyes! You won't find any other company with such deceptive images of sliding windows as the one on the Window Mart website. The most interesting that salesperson confirmed that the window opens inwards when I asked him about the opening method, words LIFT OUT were never mentioned by the seller, neither on the companys website, they were only written in the contract, what I found after windows were installed. I was completely shocked when I saw the new windows that look and open exactly the same as I wanted to get rid of sliding windows LIFT OUT.What prompted me to write is that nothing has changed on their website since my dispute with the company in August and I think more customers may be misled.Review fromBernadette P

Just had a quote done for a 16 foot window from ********************* at Window Mart. He was a pleasure to talk to and very professional. We had 3 quotes done for the window install and decided to go with Window Mart because of *******. This is a very expensive install but he made us feel very comfortable with our decision.

My husband and I were looking to replace old draft windows in our house. Called different contractors and decided to go with Window Mart. Sales reprezentate was very informative and not pushy like the other guys to sign the deal in the spot. Installation process was smooth and schedule as was promised. My mom got windows replaced by Window Mart and I had my front entry door replaced as well with Window Mart. The whole process was smooth. The installer ***** did a great job and cleaned up after.
