Large living room window replacement, arrived Major scratches on the outside vinyl frame, scratches on the inside vinyl ledge frame. The large efficiency rating sticker was placed over Major scratches in the glass to cover it up, so once removed you could see the damage. Have a moisture issue, our contractor returned and verified that the bottom left window seal was not sealing.Sent photos to supplier who then directed me to contact All Weather windows ldt in ******.They received the photos but felt a service call is not warranted.DO Not RECOMMEND! Have requested that our contractor use a different window manufacturer and supplier for the remaining seven older windows that are to be replaced in our home. Buyer brware! All Weather at Home (Edmonton)

Thank you for your feedback. Upon investigation, it looks like the window was purchased from an Authorized Dealer of All Weather Windows. The windows were shipped to the dealer and no damage was reported to us. Our team did receive a call from this homeowner and photos regarding interior condensation on the window were shared with us.We passed along the best practices to address condensation concerns. We can send additional information if it will assist. If there are any outstanding issues, we recommend that the customer reach out to their dealer directly. Best Regards,Review fromKimberly H

First, I would give a Zero rating, however you cannot. Secondly, I would like to point out that they are registered with BB under "All Weather Windows Ltd.", Which showed on my first statement on the letter head, however the Company letter head that was mailed with the statement is under "ALL WEATHER WINDOWS RENOVATIONS". Which company is it?The contract was signed on April 19, 2022, with my father (who has passed away a year ago in june) to have all my ground level windows replaced. First statement date and addressed to myself his daughter is September 20, 2023 and on that statement the date has *** 24, 2022, on that first statement shows my dad's original payment on April 25, 2022., it took this company 17 months to send statement. The second letter mailed, was a threatening letter dated October 18, 2023 stating that "failure to pay debt will result in voiding our warranty and future service and the file being sent to collections within 7 days from this letter date." The issues with this contractor are the following situations with the installation: 1) upon first round of windows and doors being installed, kitchen window - broke all the tiles on the back splash, front window broke bricks from them pounding to get the window in/out. and then left side small sliding oatpening widow fell-out when first opened and had to be repaired 2) All Window and door **** were replaced due to incorrect sizing from manfacturer or were ordered incorrectly. 3)Doors were damaged from manufacturing to delivery time and reorder placed, at that time not able to be installed. 4)Doors replaced on 4 different occassions due to damages or missing features, final instalation was *** 2023.My final statement with this contractor is that the project manager would not return my calls on several different occassions when I called to resolve, and address that my father had passsed away. The only way I received a call back is because I said I was filling this complaint to BB.All Weather at Home (Edmonton)

BUYER BEWARE!! I had a patio door installed in April2023. Within 24 hours of the install, a banging noise started. Before long the weather stripping began to twist and the rubber foot guard lifted. I emailed in a repair request and followed up via phoneno reply. I then called *********** who put me in touch with ******. She advised me the earliest available service appointment was in May. At that time I told her we need our sidelight window replaced which we originally purchased from them in 2016. They would have the original measurements on file. After 2 cancellations due to tech shortages, a tech came out in June but could not repair the door himself but did measure the sidelight. In September, after 2 more cancellations due to tech shortages, 3 techs arrived to repair the patio door. Before they entered the house they stood outside on the sidewalk trying to figure out how they were going to tell me that they didnt have a piece of glass that would fit my window. Not sure why that would be as the tech standing there was the one that measured it in June and I was told they would have the original measurements. After they proceeded to repair the patio door and pack up to leave, my husband noticed they hadnt repaired the rubber foot guard and only one side of the door with new weatherstripping. They unpacked their tools, finished the job and measured the sidelight one more time and left. The next day my husband and I decided to order the sidelight from another company. I called ****** and her supervisor to let them know at 9:10 am. I of course received no answer. I left them a message and sent a follow up email telling them I no longer required their services and to please refund me the amount of my sidelight back to my credit card. No response from either one. The next day we drove to All Weather Windows where I asked to speak to Alauras Supervisor. After a bit of a wait, she appeared with a copy of the refund showing it had been deposited .All Weather at Home (Edmonton)

We have had a window replacement issue with All Weather Windows for almost a year with futile resolve. The original replacement was manufactured incorrectly which resulted in sagging grids, spacer falling between panes and loss of seal. We contacted the company immediately and since then have had a number of scheduled installations which were cancelled at the last minute because the window was manufactured incorrectly. Lack of communication from AWW has been beyond frustrating. We have spoken with various representatives from AWW to no avail. All Weather Windows requested full payment of this project on the outset, yet months later we still have not received satisfactory results. We have had past dealings with AWW which were good experiences and why we chose them for this window replacement. However, with this ongoing fiasco, we would never recommend this company to anyone. How can they operate a business with this kind of service??All Weather at Home (Edmonton)

Had a sales man from all weather windows sell me brick mold windows. The windows stick out too far from the siding they look as if they don't fit the depth of the house. I have had the install manager out twice. the reason for this is no one likes to answer emails. The install manager asked why we went with brick mold. I trusted the sales manager to sell me the windows that would fit and look best in my home. I am so very unhappy with the results of my windows that I would not recommend this company to anyone. there are many window companies out there. Please do not use All weather windows unless you yourself know about windows. Do not trust a sales person to make the call on what to order. My home looks like it took any window i could and put it in just have a window there. I am very disappointed, stressed, and still fighting with them to make this right. All Weather at Home (Edmonton)

Very bad experience. Between delivering the windows on the wrong day, poor installers and windows that cracked- it was terrible. The most recent disappointment came when a new installer came to replace the broken glass and the windows ordered were the wrong size. The salesman was very good. Maybe he should work for a better company. All Weather at Home (Edmonton)

Great customer service from the ********* branch. My warranty service item was handled courteously with speed and precision. I've had many windows from All weather and never had a concern other than this exterior door insert with built-in blind; the second time the glass has been replaced due to a thermal leak. All Weather at Home (Edmonton)

I am a member of the ******* Housing Cooperative in ********, and we have been customers of All- Weather Windows for years. However, the quality of communication with the company has taken a nose dive in the last year, with the two projects that we hired the company for.The first project was a door replacement for 3 units. Communication with the company was terrible leading up to the first installation. The project was FULLY PAID for. Here is the timeline so far on that project:Oct.31/22- New door installation for 3 units. We were forced to supply our own locks despite what the contract said. We have not been reimbursed yet.Nov.24/22- Storm doors installed for 2 units. One unit can't be done due to incorrect front door install(not enough support to attach the storm door). At the same unit there were cracks on a side of the front door reported, and we were told the whole slab will be replaced.Mar.24/23- The front door is fixed and storm door put in, but the window is damaged and unopenable. Installer knew nothing about the cracks. We were promised the slab and the storm door would be replaced, but nothing has been done.On the same day(the 24th) AWW was emailed the details of what still needed to be dome. They promised a strong finish. They were contacted again on April 4th after no response, and again on April 22. Still nothing.Between April 22nd and May 29th we were contacted by AWW about the remaining payment on a window project the company had completed this spring(which the company made mistakes on initially). We informed her we would be holding the payment until the project was resolved. May 29/23- An AWW rep visits to establish what still has to be done. Since then, nothing. The level of indifference from AWW has truly been staggering. We are long time customers. If this is what they do to long time customers who have fully paid for work, I hate to think of what theyd do to customers they dont want to keep. When will our project be finished? All Weather at Home (Edmonton)

All Weather Windows were the company that installed all the windows on our new build. Within a few years 3 different windows were cracking and splitting. We attempted to contact them numerous times and half the time were ignored, and the other half we were given the run around someone else will call you back and never heard. Clearly they werent going to do anything or even help us in any way whatsoever. We finally had a different glass company come fix it and as theyre removing the glass they kindly informed us that the glass was installed INCORRECTLY, so that with the house shifting, thats why it cracked. CHEAP, LAZY company that DOES NOT care at all about any of its customers. Just in it for a quick buck. Literally any other company would be a better choice. All Weather at Home (Edmonton)

Good afternoon,We have looked into the customers claim and we cannot locate them in our system under the name provided. All Weather Windows does provide manufacturer windows to new home builders, however we do not do the installation work so cannot speak to the installation of the windows. We would recommend that the customer talk to the builder about the install and work to resolve the situation. All Weather Windows does have a warranty for the manufacturer of our product that we stand behind.Best regards,
