      It is unfortunate I have to put 1 star. If it were up to me they would not get any stars for the poor customer service provided. I called ********************** on a Saturday, March 25/23 because my power went off. When I got a representative online, I was told that my power will go off if we use too many appliances and will be restored after 15 minutes,.This has been set because I have an outstanding bill. It's not that I haven't been paying my bill. I have been making payments-My last month payment was $1000 and because I get paid monthly, I was going to make another payment of $1000 on payday which is on the 29th of March. This was explained to them, but they would not restore my full power. I asked to speak a supervisor and the representative tells me there is no supervisor he is the highest level on a Saturday-I said that there is always a supervisor when there are staff working. The other issue is that I asked the representative to tranfer me so that I can do the customer service survey because I was going to give the representative a bad review and when he tranferred me it was not to the survey. i called back to do the survey and they said I can no longer to the survey after the call is disconnected. I asked if I can speak to someone to complain about the representive. I was then transferred to another representative in another area who says that she will escalate the complaint-I asked if I can I get a copy also sent to my email so that I know for sure that this is processed-I was told that they do not send emails. So, how do I even know that this complaint is even processed. It's easy for Epcor to cut people off than restore the power. Times are tough and trying to keep up with Epcor's bill payments has been the hardest because they are the most expensive utility to maintain with their high rates. Yet, they are the least to assist during this economy.

      Came home from work around 7:15PM only to find the power off. Was very confused. Called Fortis & checked with neighbors, only ours is off. Fortis said they got an order to disconnect our power at 2AM, and at 11AM it was disconnected (while we were all at work for the day). Tried calling Epcor as Fortis told us to, they're closed. Call the emergency line, they can't help us. Fortis can do NOTHING unless Epcor tells them to turn it back on. Now you're probably thinking "just pay your ****!" but here's the thing... it was! We did not know we were with Epcor now. Apparently our 1 year contract with another provider ended and we did not renew in time so it defaulted to Epcor. Checked the mail and find ONE **** from Epcor - with an $800 deposit and a $151 **** for June 8 to July 8. The deposit wasn't paid IMMEDIATELY so we got turned off and can't get a hold of anyone until the next day to get it sorted out.Epcor is the biggest joke ever and we get to sit here on a cold rainy night with no dinner, no power, no heat, nothing. Thanks Epcor! Will be making a formal complaint as well as there was NO NOTICE as per the law that we were being disconnected.

      My bills managed to increase with epcor Although my rental unit is vacant this company is a joke there is no way my usage consumption had increased in my absence.

      I am shocking when I got my utilities **** this month, I have to pay $700 for water and water waste!! Usually, I only need to pay around $120 with water and water waste per month. I called Epcor, they only read the **** to me without any help and check, this is terrible

      Very poor customer service also none of them understand when you explain that you have been dealing with very serious medical issues and are in the hospital that there is not much you can do until you get out they still don't care and disconnect your services. All this happened to me. I have contacted them many times when I had time from the hospital to let them know. But nope they still did it anyways. I will never use there services again and I will be fighting it with credit these guys are unreal.

      Gougers! They should be charged criminally. I paid my **** before the cut off date. However because of the long weekend it wasnt posted. I had my services disconnected, and when I tried to show the man disconnecting my services the online banking confirmation, he still couldnt help me but suggested I call Epcor, who then put in a Revoke Order. The guy had already left by the time I called in, so I needed to call back (again) to see why he hadnt come back, and that was because I didnt call to request a Reconnection order (like, ISNT that why I called in the first place!?) Now I am being told its over $150 to reconnect within 3 business day or $300 to reconnect within 24/48hrs. Well, my food is still going to go bad even BEFORE 24/48hrs. Who is going to pay for that? Why the h*** are they charging so much for a reconnection fee that I shouldnt of even been charged and then doubling it to get it soon (but not soon enough) I am a single mom with 6 kids, who need to eat and do their school work. I have to pay more to reconnect than my **** even was. They should be ashamed of how they do business and take care of their consumers. I wont stay with them if I can help it. Im from a small town so I am not sure how many providers I have to choose from. If you have a choice, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

      This is terrible company be aware , i take this services for my new place and they put another number unit and for 2 consecutive months i paid the **** for another person ,i never get a physical copy of my **** ,what i get was online **** the first **** i paid and i assume evething was good ,but the second one when i check the **** was wrong address plus the double what i paid before ,when i call customer ******************** the said was my fault , they dont care the i have to paid services the another person plus i assume they know everything, very SCAMERS how they go to get 2 **** for the same addres with different name ??? How is possible when i get my services they dont noticed the address was wrong ??? Terrible company dont take any services with them ..

      They charge a deposit when power and water should be the minimum standard of living but $600 just to connect? Ridiculous. I receive no credit when my power goes out, when the water stinks and is cloudy and am paying for waste water treatment? I live in the ****************. Power can be connected through other sources but youre held hostage because theyre the only water supplier. Call about an issue and theyre ignorant. My **** says actual reading but no one has been here to read the meter. Bunch of crooks.

      EPCOR, you are not liable for disconnecting my power and when reconnected it fail 3 times and my plugs are not working....How do you people live with yourself for being so cruel and evil. So I now have to call a electrician to fix my plugs that you damaged.
