      The worst. My fianc passed away and we have a baby. They wouldn't give me another extension to pay off a bill I promise to pay. Lack of empathy. I was promised as long as I called I would get one. Called back and of course spoke to a different person and said nope nothing we can do. Then after explaining my situation she said she can look into it. Why didn't you look into first knowing I'm going through a nightmare.

      I called multiple times over the course of two weeks trying to move my service (I wasn't able to move or cancel online, when I went to the self serve options I would get an error message saying my account could only be changed over the phone). I tried calling different times of day, different days, and waited ***** minutes on each instance with out getting a representative before I had to hang up. I finally got a representative after a 2 hour wait, calling on a Tuesday right at 8am. The representative couldn't tell me why I wasn't able to manage my account online, couldn't help with the 2 weeks of extra payments I'd been making, and may or may not have transferred my services to my new address she hung up before confirming. Fingers crossed I have power when I move in to my new place next week!

      Epcor..... thieves.The transmission costs, the late payment fees, that you must verify, caught them numerous times adding the fee when the payment was on time.Then when u cancel the service, they bill for another week. I called with a month's notice, but guess what, their record doesn't show that...so $65 more.I will do everything I can to stay away from this company.

      ******* ****** in the industry. charged $268.00 for 3 days at home in the month. 3.1 cubic meters of water used (dont know how) and no trash picked up. cant wait to move to the suburbs and use someone else.

      Horrible company I went on maternity leave ended up not able to get my benefits and my partner is on aish I called to make payment arrangements and they had already turned off my services and wouldn't explain how my bill sky rocketed up

      Epcor is the WORST utility company I have ever dealt with! Fortis just disconnected my power because they received a disconnection notice from Epcor. I had $160 owing on my April, 2023 bill and another $300 owing for the May 2023 bill, which was due on May 25, 2023. I was going to pay the $460 when I got paid on Friday, June 2nd. I had no idea that my power was going to be disconnected today because they never notified me!!!! They said they sent me a letter. I never received any letter. I asked for the registered mail tracking number to prove they sent me a letter. They said it was sent by regular letter mail with no tracking. If it was sent, *********** never delivered it to me. Epcor said they tried phoning ONCE. BS. Never received a phone call from Epcor. Never received any email from Epcor to notify me about my power being disconnected. I have only been an Epcor customer for 11 months now. I was with Just Energy for 17 years. For some reason that I still have no idea why, I was switched over to Epcor 11 months ago. I have been slightly behind on my bills before with Just Energy, the same as with Epcor. It was never a problem. Just Energy always got their money from me. This is the first time in my entire life I have ever had any utility cut off. Power, water, natural gas, tv, phone. I am 54 years old, so that is over 30 years of never having any utility cut off, until now. Thanks Epcor!! I paid my Epcor bill in full 1 hour after my power was disconnected. Then Epcor gives me 2 options to reconnect my power. $169 for up to 3 days. Or $290 for up to 48 hours!!! Are they serious???? That is highway robbery!! I am done with Epcor. I was already considering switching to Enmax for several months now. I am now kicking myself for not making the switch. I am not waiting any longer. Tomorrow, I am calling Enmax to make the switch. Good riddance Epcor! You are not getting any more money from me.

      Epcor did replace post in Glengary area without informing customer.. They forgot to connect internet back to the post.. Also by shut down and power OFF and ON a few times they killed satellite receiver Is that the way now Epcor does services???!!!! Who is going to pay for my dead receiver!!!

      On May 3, 2023, EPCOR Utilities Inc. completed the necessary pole replacement work in the alley. The work required distribution electrical wiring to be removed from the existing pole and transferred to the new pole once it was set up. The work and associated outage were completed in under one hour, and it is our understanding that the power was only disconnected by our crew a single time.EPCOR recognizes the inconvenience associated with power outages and provides advanced notification to customers when possible. Various factors exist that prevent EPCOR from providing earlier notice for some short-duration outages sometimes crews only learn that an outage is needed while on-site or emergency repairs can affect scheduling. In instances like this, crews will often knock on the door to advise customers that their work will require an outage for safety reasons. We appreciate customers patience as we perform these critical upgrades to further ensure the safe, reliable delivery of power to our communities.Following the completion of EPCORs work, the associated telecommunications provider arrived on site shortly after our work was done and assumed the responsibility for moving their required equipment to the new pole. While we cant comment on work beyond our scope, our understanding from the crew is that the work was completed within an hour. We recommend that you contact your service provider on any outstanding equipment issues, as our knowledge is limited to our portion of work and the electrical distribution system.

      i have to say it ... to the banks, utility companies and government agencies that have shoved your ******** on line garbage down our throats ...shove this s*** up your a** i just spent two hours fight*** with your stupid website (Epcor asshats) only to have it f..k up over and over ... so that i had to call tech service at epcor and find out why ...then you f..k*** q tips did in 5 minutes what your site could not manage in 2 hours . so in other words if you f..k*** idiots would have just done it the old way over the dam phone in the first place .... it would have been done and finished in 5 minutes ... And you clowns wonder why we hate your guts .... F..K YOUR PROFIT MARGIN A******* BRING BACK ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ...which does not include send*** them to fight with your pathetic web site that does not F *** work anyway .who helps you mental morons tie your shoes ffs !!!!! ?

      This is a horrible company. I was recently dealing with their sister company Encor by Epcor, and I had a very bad experience. Their customer service people are trained to condescend you, and prevent you from escalating your issue. I dealt with two different people of whom talked down to me, tried to prevent me from speaking to someone else about the issues I was experiencing as a customer. They also do not care about their customers. They do not care if you stay or go, so why would they have to have good customer service? GO ANYWHERE ELSE but with Epcor, especially DO NOT SIGN UP with Encor by Epcor, they are worse. They do not care about their customers and when you call them to inquire about billing issues, they treat you poorly, and try to not help you. I have never dealt with a company who has a customer service department who actually tries to avoid customer service. It speaks a lot about a company about how their customer service department is trained. What a horrible company.

      Ive talked to a lot of other local residents our bill is unreasonably high and has been for years now that Im thinking about it Im not sure we have ever had a meter reading. It was warmer this month and our heat was off yet our bill was the highest its ever been even after calling to complain about the February bill. Our utilities are higher than our rent this is unfair and unaffordable.
